“noisy , in front of a club , not recommended”
First I got a room with a small bed, then i got a room for smokers after that i got a room in front of a club which has a lot of noise so I was up half the night, after that i got a good room on the 4th floor, but this was after 3 nights. so overall i am not satisfied with the service and the noisy area

The staff at check-in were very helpful and room was in order, early (we arrived in the morning and were able to check in). The room was clean, with bunk beds in a separated room for our two children. The neighborhood was quiet, and the proximity of the hotel to the Prado Museum as well as Respiro Park, and Metro was a huge plus. The breakfast the following morning was terrific.
“Paper thin walls”
The hotel staff were very effecient, helpful and friendly throughout our stay and our room was very comfortable and large. The hotel itself is very well kept up and in a lovely area with excellent cafes and restaurants very close by. However I would not recommend this hotel due solely to the paper thin walls which meant that we heard everything that was going on in the adjacent rooms. This may not have been so bad if on one side we had someone who thought that 4am was the best time of day to have a shower and newly weds on the other. The people in the room above us also seemed to spend most of the week constantly moving their furniture around. Even after going to the local pharmacia for ear plugs I was unable to sleep due to the noise.

Hotel all'altezza delle aspettative eccetto per il bagno in camera addirittura esagerato (vasca e doccia idromassaggio) ma con totale mancanza di privacy a causa della totale trasparenza delle porte. per il resto tutto Ok. Laptop in camera (si consiglia supportarsi di mouse) per stampare sono a disposizione due pc con stampante negli spazi comuni. Il quartiere è molto charmoso ed elegantemente bello a 10 minuti da centro. la prima colazione è extra e costa 17 euro. Consigliamo INVECE un' ottima colazione a 2 euro in un vero bar madrileno dove è possibile anche sedersi al tavolo. Uscendo dall'Hotel voltare l'angolo a destra, a neppure 50 passi. Metro/Autobus strepitosi a 100 metri e taxi in ogni dove. MADRID, DOVE IL BENE COMUNE E' REALTA'!
“ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles”
Cet hotel est situé dans le quartier chic et résidentiel de recoletos/ salamanca. Il est donc très calme. Le design est léger. le confort de la chambre aussi en particulier la literie n'est pas de qualité. quant à la salle d'eau aux murs de miroirs, cela manque terriblement d'intimité. Jeunes amoureux s'abstenir ! Quant à la réception, très légère aussi . Des jeunes de bonne volonté mais pas toujours là. On rentre très facilement à l'hotel ce qui est peu rassurant. Le café n'est jamais ouvert . Bref, je ne recommande pas cet hotel . j'aurais du choisir le ME reina victoria qui a 5 vrais étoiles pour un écart de prix (a cette date) de 50 euros seulement pour 2 jours.
