Verdil - Serves innovative modern cuisine based on traditional Spanish ingredients. Sample specialities might include Tuna Taco with Mango, Tomato and Baby Aubergine Salsa, Millefeuille of Lamb and Chanterelle Mushrooms, and Goats Milk Yoghurt Sorbet with Raspberry Coulis. Open for American buffet breakfast, à la carte and set menu lunch with hors d'oeuvres and dessert buffet, and à la carte dinner. Lobby Bar - Sandwiches, snacks, and cakes served throughout the day in the spacious atrium lobby lounge, decorated with cream marble, sleek woods and ostrich leather upholstery. In the evening guests can enjoy wines, champagne and cocktails with live piano music.

La Beguine - Bar menu of light meals, snacks and drinks served al fresco on the decked terraces in warmer weather. From June to mid-September there is poolside service.

“It was a very good choice”

I stayed nine nights with my wife as a part of our summer vaccation, we had very nice time ,the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful

“"Beautifull hotel but unfriendly staff"”

While the hotel was beautiful the staff was very unproffesional. The pool bartenders, room service and the fitness facility attendants were very rude to guests. As a guest paying top dollar for a room I expect good service. Instead our family was misstreated and bullied when we asked questions or ordered drinks and salon services. We are fluent in spanish so there was no excuse for the unproffesional behavior. The consierge was off on the weekends and did not start his day during the week until 3pm. The director of services kicked everyone out of the pool at 12 noon on July 27 for cleaning and did not reopen the pool. I asked the front desk if I could print my pre boarding passess and they absolutley denied my request. I had to make a fuss about how much I paid and how incredibly rude and unhelpfull they were to finally print my boarding passes

“Water and energy problems”

I never knew what the real problem was (at front desk they didn't give explanations) but I can tell the hotel runs out of water and electricity often by how the shuttle driver said he was fed up with this type of complaints.

“5 Star Price, 2 Star Service”

Being pretty busy, I book ed my family in for a short break in what I thought was one of Madrid's finest hotels. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our experience: Rude staff, hairs in food, unrealistic pool restictions and "Don't Care" attitude, to name but a few. From what we could see we were not along. The busiest person in the hotel seemed to be the guy handling customer complaints.

“Always”

“Impressive atrium and huge rooms”

The hotel is on the edge of the city, but the metro is just a 5 minute walk away. Not much of a spa, but make sure you bring a swimming cap or pay 6 euros to look like an egg head! The rooms are very big and very nice but no tea and coffee facilities, the big beds have got an uncomfortable hard bit in the middle. The breakfast and restaurant is a complete rip off and there's not much around to eat out unless you go to the city centre. All that said, with a view of the mountains on one side I recommend the place.

“Good hotel, good service.”

Very good hotel, this is the hotel user by the Real Madrid soccer team for concentration before the matches. SPA is good, but not kids friendly.. Hotel is in a residential area far from city center and atractions, but you can easily get there via subway or bus within 30 minutes. Room i got (suite) was very spacious and confortable. Bathroom was excellent, five stars.

There is a good mall at 5 minutes walking distance, with some restaurants, fast food, and a good department store Macy's type (Conte Ingles)
