“Where else but The Ritz?”

The Ritz Madrid is in the best possible location, right next to the Prado Museum and within walking distance of tons of other attractions. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

“Madrid's Finest”

Impeccable service. We asked where to go see a bullfight and they arranged the tickets and transportation and had them waiting at the concierge's desk. English speaking staff very helpful. Always on hand to cater to your needs.

“Great Location”

What a great location! Near the park, next door to the Prado, and on the edge of Old Madrid from which you could walk to every worthwhile site. You can have a fabulous meal at the hotel, albeit expensive --- or walk across the plaza to your local Starbucks.

“A taste of luxury”

I wanted my stay to be wonderful, so I emailed beforehand to the hotel manager requesting a good room and I got a personal reply with the managers in CC that everything will be arranged. It was ! the receptionist were very profissional and they gave me a good room with a nice view. The hotel is old (they were celebrating 100 year anniversary ) but that aside, it was well-maintained and the just luxurious ! Loved the antiquey look of the room and the amenities that were provided. the bathroom was a bit small but it didn't bother me .. the conceirge were more than helpful, they arranged the train ticket to another city, they got me football tickets to watch a game i wanted to see and also they helped me solve a problem with my spanish bank :) everybody dealt with me with a big smile on their faces.. I highly recommend this hotel ..

“Old fashioned luxury in Madrid”

Had the feeling that staff thought we were perhaps not quite up to the class of person they wish they still attracted, but otherwise faultless service; very good rate via Expedia

“Re : Romantic Destination”

Although the Ritz is expensive, it is one of the most Romantic hotels. We stayed in a delux room and it was the size of a suite. Service is good but not over fuzzy and the outside terrace is a delight. Great central location.

“A discreet but sophisticated luxury hotel”

A wonderful experience. The hotel staff is remarkable. There is a feeling of intimacy and personal hospitality -irrespective of who you are- that is rare in such famous luxury hotels. The amenities are generous and the breakfast is not to be missed. Not a flashy hotel but a sense of real class.
