Ice was forming…
Well upon arrival the hotel appeared quiet for such a large hotel. Our room was love.y and spacious however it was freezing. The thermostat was blinking and it was stated we needed to seek maintenance. When we went to the front desk to explain we were told there were not other rooms however they would bring us a heater. Now we have been in the car for 6.5 hours and an early departure the next day. We were beat. We eventually received the heaters and while we tried they were not effective and we were wearing layers, using our extra blankets from home and toques. I asked my husband if he would please ask again if there was another room available as this was not fixing the issue. Now interesting enough there was a free room across the hall. Now being lied to about the availability of rooms is a disgrace. This hotel is massive and there was no way the hotel was sold out. Our sleep was effected in addition to unnecessary stress from a simple room change. Paying for a night where we could not even relax and sleep was unfortunate as we could have stayed at many other locations. We now know we will not be returning to this hotel nor will be recommending it to anyone.

Very friendly and customer-oriented staff. My original reservation was somehow cancelled(not sure why, probably There's problem with the app), they processed the refund request very quickly. Customer service is very good.

Location in town near Madrid but convenient to airport after other travels. Probably used mostly for local business travel. Dated property needing updates. Nice staff and breakfast. Overall, good value.

Good Tres Cantos Hotel
Very good hotel in Tres Cantos, the nicest I have stayed in in the area. Modern, clean, big rooms - very good.

Looking for a reason to return!
We just needed somewhere local to Madrid overnight and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly! Great room, free parking, breakfast included and the check in manager was very friendly and efficient!

Good but noisy
The hotel is good but if you have a room on the side of the highway , better not be sensitive to car noise. The first night there were also works on the highway and it could be heard from the room. I had a jacuzzi bath with shower but the water temperature regulator was broken so the temperature couldnt be changed from lukewarm. I had diner there, right now only simple food available but the service was nice and the food well cooked.

Dissapointing Customer Service but lovely rooms
The room was great, very spacious, modern and clean. However the customer service was not great, upon arrival I was given no details regarding breakfast, the restaurant etc... that was Day 1 Day 2 - I asked for some advice on local restaurants, a distracted person on reception pointed in a direction and said there are some the other side of the train tracks.... No other advice or help was offered. Day 3 - whilst waiting for a colleague in the evening (19.35pm), I asked again at reception if I could get a drink as there was no-one in the bar or the restaurant. I was advised they didn't open until 20.00 so there was nothing they could do.! However if I had gone to my room I could have ordered Room Service for a drink! Day 4 - checkout - 3 people behind the desk but only 1 person checking people out so a queue was beginning to form.. I asked if I could have the invoice in my company name but as I had made the original booking in my own name, I was advised this was very difficult as that morning they had implemented a new system. the young man was very apologetic but was very flustered and did not know what to do, so sensing the long queue behind me, I decided to not insist and leave it as it was. One redeeming piece of customer service, I did not wish to have breakfast but just a cup of tea, the young man in the restaurant was very accommodating and helpful. if all of the staff took a leaf out of his book it would have made for a much better experience.

Huge room. Great bathroom. Very clean and modern. Slept very well. air conditioning worked well. Only downside was the cafe/restaurant: room was way too bright and only one server for the whole room. better to get room service or eat off site.

Weekend Break.
The hotel was easy to find, just 20 minutes from airport. The room was very well appointed, with a panoramic view of snow topped mountains. The staff were always polite and eager to help. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pros: Hotel is impressive and staff are very helpful. Rooms are very large. Onsight restaurant is reasonable with a large selection, although menu is limited on the weekends. Cons: On-site pool does not permit persons under the age of 18. This was not mentioned in any travel website. There is also a 10 EURO fee for use, as it is part of a fitness facility and not the hotel itself (also not mentioned on the websites) Very disappointing to the kids.
