Hello.We are very sorry that your stay was not as pleasant as you expected. We consider your experience at reception to have been something specific, it is not going to be enough to regret booking just because you did not receive a smile from the receptionist, you should value some more aspect... from here it seems that everything is a problem , size of the room, situation of the hostel in a pedestrian zone, the rain, etc... Hola.Como podeis comprobar el resto de clientes que publican sus puntuaciones, la gran mayoría de forma positiva, nos hace mención a alguno o todos los aspectos que les han llevado a hacerlo de esa manera. En este caso nada de eso aparece aquí lo que nos lleva a la nula credibilidad del mismo.Gracias.

Hola.Creo que es la reseña con mas mentiras y falsedades que hemos recibido en todos los años que llevamos en este establecimiento. Un cliente totalmente borracho desde primera hora de la mañana hasta el final del día, que nunca sabemos cuando era ya que empalmaba con la borrachera del día siguiente, tratando de acceder a su habitación con otras personas que no estaban hospedadas aquí y de dudosa reputación por expresarlo de manera lo mas elegante posible, que no atendía a razones ni explicaciones de ningún tipo a pesar de tratarle con toda la paciencia del mundo. El trato con este huesped ha sido impecable desde el primer momento hasta su salida del establecimiento pero debido a su estado constante de borrachera es lógico que no se acuerde de nada. Ni hay suciedad en la habitación, ni se ha tratado de acceder a datos de su tarjeta como presume ni otras muchas mentiras que relata. Es cliente digno de denuncia en la comisaría de policia y no dudo que sería detenido, dado su habitual estado de embriaguez, si no fuera por que ya ha regresado a su residencia habitual.

Hello. It is true that there are still some rooms pending renovation, but their last renovation was about 3 or 4 years ago, so they are not particularly old. In any case, I don't know what the complaint is if yours was one of the recently reformed ones. The price and the photos appear when making the reservation, so it is not understood that you protest the price when you already knew it beforehand. A review with very little meaning, like the one who has published it trying to hurt instead of commenting on real and objective data...
