Convenient…Close to WK Pkwy, great Mex restaurant nearby, good breakfast. They’re overpriced probably due to hardly any brand hotels along this stretch of highway.

Pro: The clerk at check in was very friendly, & courteous. Room was clean. Breakfast was good Con: There is a huge hole in parking lot in a very bad place. You are unable to pull up to door to check in as you can't "circle thru". A small car could set down in thid hole

The staff was always outside either smoking or on their phones. I asked for the sheets to be changed and they just put the linens on the bed. We had to ask for more toilet paper because there wasn’t enough in our room. Overall it was just ok.

Overall it was a great stay, beds were stiff, the hotel itself was clean and quiet. My only critique would be it was the same breakfast for 3 days biscuits and gravy... The front desk crew was a bit confused on how to get me a receipt but overall it was a good stay

Hotel is located next to 2 restaurants within a short walking distance. Parking is large enough for a 65ft rig.

Facility and room nice, condition disappointing
The people are friendly and kind. The hotel was not heavily booked during my stay and when I registered, I was told that the complimentary breakfast would be minimized. This was true and not ideal for me. The pool is closed and has a sign that says it has been closed for some time. The only ice machine is also broken and when I asked at the front desk about this, I was told to go over the restaurant across the parking lot because they sometimes give ice away when asked....??? WHAT? (I did not go begging for ice!)

I reserved this hotel, although it was the most expensive, based strictly on the prominent advertising of the pool. There was a sign on the pool door, not at the desk at check in, saying the pool was closed. When I asked the desk person I was told it would be for several months before it would be open! When it is unavailable for "several months" they need to change their advertising or put a notice on their website. I asked for a rate adjustment and she said "they don't do that". Later that day my husband went to get ice and found out the only ice machine in the hotel was broke. Tried to buy a cold soda and the soda machine was broke. The tub in our room was badly cracked and impossible to even take a bath. I asked the second day for a room upgrade to a whirlpool room and was told she had to call her manager. Eventually our bill was adjusted by $30, but no upgrade. When I checked out I asked for a receipt. The receipt was very difficult to understand. There wasn't even a total on the receipt. When I checked my credit card I saw that I was charged for three nights instead of the two we actually stayed! I called the desk and the person who answered said she didn't understand the receipt either! She said she would look into it and call me back. I hope this was an honest mistake that will eventually be corrected. However, twenty-four hours later and I have not heard back. There are plenty of other places to stay with no pool for a lot less money, even after the $30 adjustment.

The mattress was horrible for the price of the room. It was equivalent to a motel 6 mattress. Also, the room has a mildewed smell.

Our room had a very strong musky smell to it and the bathtub had not been cleaned. The pool was shut down and not available for use. Staff was polite and kind!

Layout of hotel was unique and nice with the breakfast area upstairs in the middle of hotel. The TV did not work, but we were too tired to care, other than that it was a nice stay.

It was amazing. The staff was so tiredly, and boy did Tara do a good job with breakfast. There was plenty to eat and she was so friendly and accommodating. It made the trip for us. We would definitely stay there again.
