- 80 Studios equipped with direct - dial telephone, satellite TV including 3 radio channels, hairdryer, rental safe, kitchenette, private WC and bath/ shower. In front of each Studio, the guests have use of their own little garden or balcony.

- 20 Double rooms (in the 'Manor House' and in the 'Pátio' annexe) are equipped with direct - dial telephone, satellite TV including 3 radio channels, hairdryer, rental safe, mini - bar, private WC and bath/ shower.

- 38 one bedroom apartments are equipped with direct - dial telephone, satellite TV including 3 radio channels, hairdryer, rental safe, kitchenette, private WC and bath/ shower. In front of each apartment , the guests have use of their own little garden or balcony.

- 3 two bedroom apartments

- 25 Luxury Spa Suites - Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa Suites neither in the SPA including the Indoor Swimingpool.

'The Globe' is a vibrant cocktail and evening bar with Italian design furniture and contemporary fluid designs.

“petit paradis dans un havre de verdure”

site admirable, chambres(équipées d'un coin cuisine) remarquablement spacieuses et agréables. personnel attentionné et agréable. impossible de trouver un point négatif, a recommander fortement.

Area recommendations

Toute l'ile de Madère est un petit bijou de beautés naturelles. A recommander spécialement la cote sud avec ses falaises vertigineuses et a l'interieur des terres la vallée des nonnes et le lieu dit''monte''. Il faut absolument louer une voiture et ''bourlinguer'' sur ces petites routes sinueuses(attention, cependant...Prudence) et c'est un enchantement.

très peu chère et très copieuse (hou, là, là...) A gouter le poisson sabre specialité de poisson peché exclusivement près de l'ile et cuisiné de diverses façons. Succulentes brochettes de boeuf, également.

Outdoors or beach

Pas de plages a madère(les falaises tombent directement dans la mer) Quelques criques de galets et sur la cote sud des piscines naturelles ou l'on se baigne et qui constituent de vraies curiosités naturelles

“Imponert”

Hotellet er ikke av nyeste dato. Bygningsmassen har tydeligvis blitt utbygd i flere etapper over flere år. Dermed er mange leiligheter av meget høy standard, mens andre (eldre leiligheter) ikke har samme komfort. Men likevel av en standard som er veldig til å leve med. Anbefaler alle å reise til dette hotellet. Beliggenheten oppe i høyden i Canico Centro, er ett kjempeanlegg når det gjelder utearealene. Du bor i en botanisk hage som jeg og de fleste jeg snakket med ikke hadde sett maken til. Det er et fantastisk sted å besøke. REIS MED EN GANG!!!!!!

Sehr große, nicht aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit, des gesamten Personals. Je nach Einsatzbereich, bis hin zu perfekt am frontdesk, versuchen alle in der Landessprache des Gastes zu kommunizieren. Hohe Zuverlässigkeit in allen organisatorischen Zusammenhängen.

“Superbe hôtel”

Superbe hôtel placé dans un cadre très sympathique accueil très agréable lieu très privilégié. Personnel très compétant et disponible. Formidable séjour.

Area recommendations

Louer un véhicule et partir à la découverte de l'Ile est un vrai régal mais attention aux fortes côtes....

Traveller's tip

En novembre préférez Funchal il y bruine moins. Mais de toute façon les températures même en novembre sont à 20 minimum

“good choice”

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel on a nice location.... choose this hotel. There is really nothing 'bad' to mention: all staff members are VERY kind and helpful, rooms are very clean, gardens are beautifull, quality of food in the restaurants is good (and reasonably priced. We spend a week here and the hotel was the perfect base for touring the island with enough parking places available. A supermarket is at 100 mtrs distance. Airport is only 15 min by car. If we go back to Madeira we would definately choose this hotel again.
