Night auditor was rude and obnoxious but the day time desk was very polite and courteous. The room wasn't bad but the hallway smelled and had a weird tunneling illusion as you walked down it.
Although you left a rating for the property, unfortunately we do not have a reason for the poor rating. We use these to better help the hotel and also give the next guest a better experience. The overall hotel was nasty. It smelted really bad and had roaches. As well as people hanging around the hotel all night and I didn’t feel safe.

Thank you for your recent review on the Value Stay Hotel. We have since made some management changes at the property. We do have a policy for guest loitering and we try our best to be sure that nightly and extended guests understand and abide by this policy. Again, thank you for the review and for staying with us. The staff up front were rude. They knock on ur door every morning asking do u need anything like damn let people sleep. I had to take my dog with me which helps my son with his panic attacks and they complained the whole time they are not pet friendly. No breakfast. We tooks showers and i thought we was gonna fall threw the shower...floor under shower was so weak. Roaches omg...nasty stove didnt work...it was horrible
First room upon check in had roaches. I was changed to a second room that had roaches as well. I then asked for a refund

Was a decent hotel center only thing I found to be an issue was the smell of smoke from cigarettes other than that no complaints

It was dirty, some towels was dingy brown, no telephone, iron and night lamp was broke, also no basic network channels except for ABC, it was horrible, I can't believe you guys advertise for such a dump

Be Aware!
This hotel will charge a deposit that is due before you check-in. I left and went to another hotel because with the deposit my total bill almost doubled. The price was comparable to an upscale hotel.
Other than me not having any wash clothes and the large cockroach that greeted me the next morning, my stay was ok.

Thank you so much for letting us know of the issues you experienced while visiting the Suburban In Warner Robins GA. We will make sure that we take proper measures to be sure that this issue does not occur again.
My main complaint, the room reeked of dog! Suggestion: put those with pets at one end away from those without. We had to buy air freshener , fabric refresher, and carpet fresh. We vacuumed and it still smelled of dog everyday of a week stay. The kitchenette was missing utensils but The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help. It was pretty quiet other than the guests with pets. One housekeeper was very helpful and attentive. The other not so much, not returning with towels the one day we asked for an exchange.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were put in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and with no AC. Then, we were given another room only to find it was already occupied! Finally, our third room was fully functioning, but we found socks and other things left by the maid service. The staff was overly accommodating, but we won't be staying here again.
The stay was a nightmare as far as cleanliness of the room, it smelled of cigarette and of funk.Before we entered there were 3 big garbage bags by the door. Big cigarettes holes on the sofa chair as well as big stains. It had a kitchenette and everything was dirty, burned stains on the coffee plate warmer, dishes stained.The bed table had not been wiped, it was all sticky. There were very few electrical sockets and only 2 worked. The internet kept slipping and stopped after a while.

Thank you for your recent review, we appreciate all feedback. We are currently in the process of remodeling our smoking rooms to smoking rooms. The cleanliness issues are not common for my staff, We will revisit some extra training to be sure this issue does not incur again. Thank you for your recent review. I am glad that you enjoyed your room. I am sorry that the hotel staff was not up to par, this may be a training issue, or maybe an under staffing issue. We are back to being fully staffed, and working as a well oiled machine. I hope that this not not deter you from staying with us again, and that you do come back to give us a chance to make it right.
