“Completely happy to fid this 'Diamond in the rough'.”

Our normal choices were all booked-out, so we took a chance with this Holiday Inn. It was a great choice! Our stay was brief, but an enjoyable experience. Check-in/check-out service was better than most hotels at 10 times the cost. The location is really convenient, with a 5-10 minute walking distance to many of the big casinos and restaraunts. We selected a room with two double-beds, and felt vey comfortable with the size and amenities. The beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable, (not hard as a rock like many hotels). The room was spotless and nicely decorated, and smelled good. The bathroom was of adequate size and very sanitary, with all necessary amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had, and spoke very good English. We have been to Macau several times, (8-9 trips), and stayed at different hotels costing many times the price of this hotel. This Holiday Inn, at a very reasonable cost, was much the better value. It will be our preferred destination for future trips to Macau, and we would recommend to others without hesitation. The only complaint we had was the wait for the hotel shuttle bus at the ferry port. It required about 20 minutes waiting time, but nothing to gripe about.

If this hotel had free internet wifi or wired, then I'd give it higher ratings. The cost of internet relative to cost of room is so high that I find it ridiculous and therefore cannot recommend this hotel.

i had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. Very closed to St Paul Ruins & surrounding area. The staff are very helpful to tourist like suggesting us how to get to other tourist attractions in the area. Had free shuttle bus.

This hotel is fine if you just want a bed to sleep at night. The room is not very nice for entertaining. However, it was about 15 - 20 min walk to the MGM casino, Wynn Casino etc. and tourist attractions. The hotel offered free transportation from the ferry to the hotel but we waited a long time for the bus. I would recommend that you take one of the very frequent free casino bus to the MGM or Wynn casino and walk to your hotel from there.

“Very poor hotel.”

Very poor service. "Do not care" attitude. Terrible rooms. We had to call Expedia for help to get out of the hotel immediately. The room was in shambles and reeked. There was not one upholstery that wasnt stained or a wall that didnt have the wallpaper peeling off. We checked out the next day (Thanks Expedia for the support). Suggest you check whats really a 4 star hotel and which is not. Should credit the person in the next morning who was genuinely sorry - a tad too late. Moved to L'Arc down the road - fantastic experiance!

“This place stank”

I did not pay for the "upgrade" as I expected Holiday Inn quality in all rooms. However, my room stank, reeked of smoke. Cigarette burns and stains in the carpet, hairs on the chair, concierge too busy texting to talk to me, old worn furniture and ripped sheets. Just gross.

We've got good sevice since we are still @ferry teminal cuz hotel has shuttle bus and staff who stand by there he's very nice and helpful. When we arrived hotel we've got warm welcome even they are busy. We've got new renovated room which is very wonderful. Anyway i would like to share my experience i was upset about staff at casino cuz no service mind and always say no
