“Surprisingly, very satisfied”

This hotel is highly recommended. It's located near the ferry dock and airport, across the street of the Venetian Hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, much better than the Venetian. We also had a free room upgrade. The only negative thing is the shuttle bus drops you off and picks you up at the neighboring hotel, around 50 yards away.

“Best Hotel in Macau”

I've been to Macau several times and I can assure you that this is by far the best hotel I have seen. New, Big rooms and wonderful Gym, swimming pool and spa. Hi speed Wifi internet and friendlyl staff. The only thing was that the check in time was 3pm, and when we got there at 1pm, they told us to wait till 3pm.

“Great Pool and way to relax in Macau”

Macau can be busy and less than relaxing w/ gambling and etc. But Hard Rock has a fabulous pool that is ultra relaxing to hang out at during the day between gambling and other activities. Caveat, when they resume construction next door at the other hotels it may become dusty and noisy in the daytime.

“Rock Spa 以外は満足でした”

ハードロックカフェのTシャツやピンバッチを集めるコレクターとして、ハードロックホテルにはじめて宿泊しましたが、普通のホテルにはないインテリアやアメニティググッズ、TVサービスなどに魅力を感じました。ただ、Rock Spaで大きな不満がありました。King of Rock という期間限定？のマッサージの割引券（広告）をもらいました。値段は600MOP程度でした。マッサージそのものは大変気持ちよかったのですが、お会計の時に請求額が980MOPになっていました。差額の380MOPはマッサージの時に使ったクリーム代（会計時に残りのクリームチューブを渡されます）でした。割引券にはこのクリーム代のことは一切書いておらず、マッサージを受けるカウンターでも説明はなかったのに、出るときに突然請求されました。事前に聞いていないと文句を言いましたが、使ったのだからお金を払うのは当然だと言われて払わざるをえませんでした。値段は380MP程度、日本円で3800円くらいですが、後出しじゃんけんみたいなやり方をされて、マッサージ後の気持ちよさは吹っ飛んでしまいました。広告に書いてある内容だけを信じずに、カウンターでトータル金額を確認すべきだったと後悔しています。これ以外についてはホテルに対する不満はありません。

私はハードロックホテルに宿泊していましたので、ホテルが持っている CIty of Dreams もよいですが、やはり道を挟んだ向かいにある Venetian Hotel のショッピングモールでの買い物に明け暮れました。店舗数が少なく、また高級なお店が多いので入りにくいですが、そのとなりには Four seasons のショッピングモールもあります。買い物を十分に楽しみたい方には、このエリアのホテルに宿泊するのが一番良いと思います。

“ファンキー！”

2泊しました。全体的にアメリカンでスタイリッシュな雰囲気。従業員のユニフォームもクール。全館、ロック、ポップスがガンガン流れ、ハードロックカフェと似たようなイメージ。そこかしこにディスプレイされてるギターや衣装などなど、音楽好きにはたまらないかも。部屋はほどよい広さ。広くてラグジュアリーを求める向きにはイマイチかも。 iPod、iPhoneのドック付きスピーカーもあり、室内では好きな音楽を、ってとこでしょうか。充電も出来るので便利でした。清掃に関しては、新しいホテルの割にちょっと。もう少し丁寧に掃除出来るだろうに…と感じました。ベッド周りはほどほど清潔でしたので、よしとしてます。見た目がプリントシャツにスニーカーなんていでたちなので(ポーター、ドアマンなど)、一瞬臆しますが、それなりにちゃんと教育されてるようです。最上、を求めなければ十分かと。慇懃で重厚な雰囲気が堅苦しく感じる人には、肩の力を抜ける若い人向けのホテルだと思いました。お値段と内容、見合ってると思います。また機会があれば、今回泊まれたレートまでならリピートすると思います。
