“Room interiors & Furnishings, Hallway aesthetics”

Our room with glass interiors against Mahogany colored wall panels blend perfect and very elegant. Even the hallway to the rooms reflects aesthetics in elegance. You don't wanna get up from bed once you slip into the 650++ thread counts sheets. I definitely had the most restful sleep. For comparison, I would prefer the Grand Hyatt superior room than the Venetian even at a higher price. Grand Hyatt also has the advantage that it is linked to The City of Dreams and Crown Suites. The boulevard offers you enough shopping options and the Mermaid Aquarium Display is engrossing. One downside though, but I could not determine if it was my oversight was that I fully expected breakfast for two included in my room rate. Only to find out it was not. Maybe this was not clearly indicated in the booking site of Expedia. However the rate they gave us was a walk in rate when we opted to eat. I would have expected a discounted rate since I am a guest. Perhaps one more observation. As a foreign tourist to Macau we did not have any idea that the water show or the popular events are booked in advance. I was told bookings are made 3months earlier. I suggest the special events of the Hotels be posted in their website with reference to booking vacancies.

“Need Comofrt? Stay in Macau”

Compare to those hotels I stayed in Hong Kong, Hyatt Macau was uncomparable. I stayed at a junior suite with a separate bedroom, and it was much better than the Hong Kong delux rooms I had to pay double the amount given the same daya of the week. Even for business in Hong Kong, I'll stay in Macau for the weekdays if I can set the meeting time in the afternoon. Ferry only takes you an hour or two including the waiting time and the time to the ferry terminal. Just watch out for gambling temtations. It worth that much.

The hotel is nice but the service is slow. Only one staff was in charge of check out. Waited for 20 minutes

Great hotel with great service always greet you by name, very helpful staff, room was one of the best , great bathroom, living area and view, bed was very comfortable. location great for water dance show you must see, Shuttle service to other hotels, ferry service, airport, and downtown from the strip. I would stay again.

“Luxury in Macau”

Great hotel, very luxurious, could not want for more. Room was spectacular, very comfortable and hotel is very convenient with City of Dreams and The Venetian just down the road.

I have been travelling to Macau for business since 2005 and I have always stayed at the leading hotel in Macau. This trip I decided to stay at the newly opened Hyatt located in the City of Dreams because I was travelling with my girlfriend. Wow! the hotel was amazing. The staff, the decor, the food and ambience were fantastic. I have stayed in many Grand Hyatt, but this one is pearl. I was totally impressed, but I do recommend the club rooms. PS: A guess from Hawaii
