“The worst hotel ever”
Stayed here for one night, an am thankful it was not any more. Bed was hard as a rock, and pillows were about 3cm thick. I asked an employee where the pool was, and recieved directions, but they failed to mention it was closed and had no water in it. Internet was $20 USD per day for the slowest internet in the world, and I also had to wait in line 35 minutes for check out.Only one person did check outs, and two people stood there and watched her. It really was the worst hotel experience I have ever had,.
“Not Bad”
Reasonable price to stay. Close to Taipa Village (5 min walk) Can take shuttle bus to other hotels i.e. Venetian.
“Lazy staff and noisy room”
Overall impression was the poor service provided by hotel staff (with the exception of the porter). Room quite clean and a good size but very noisy. Location is poor for general access to restaurants & shops but close to several bus routes. Shuttle to Macau is reasonably convenient. Staff are the worst, they're very lazy and do only the minimum necessary. eg. the porter offered to changed some notes into coins from his own money while the cashier looked on after we asked her for change and she just didn't want to do it even though I saw a pile of coins in her drawer. Several requests for assistance, information or help with bags were ignored by desk staff, although the porter (same person) came to help us when we struggled with our bags. I would not use this hotel again.
“Great service, and shuttle can take you to Macau”
The hotel is clean, and the staf was very nice all the time.Beds are like rocks , extremely hard.The shuttle could take you to the venetian that is in Taipa, or to the Ferry station in Macau, which is very convenient.

It was nice and close to the airport.
“OK cheap hotel”
Nice clean rooms, large and well maintained. Reception staff were fairly uninterested and unhelpful, but all other staff (bar and cleaning etc) seemed very friendly. Would recommend as its one of the cheapest on the Taipa island, just dont expect friendly service at reception.
“BEST WESTERN MACAU TAPIA”
globalement satisfaisant sauf petit déjeuner, peu de choix, qualité moyenne sinon super situation, piscine (celle en photo dans la description de l'hôtel est sur l'immeuble en face, celle de l'hôtel est plus petite mais sympa), resto portugais (attention clim très performante) à l'entresol, 5 mn de l'aéroport et du nouvel ensemble de casino, Venetian, City of dream !
“Hotel Bien situé, avec un excellent rapport Qualité Prix”
Hotel bien situé dans l'Ile de TAIPA facile à joindre par rapport à l'ile de MACAO. Une navette assure un lien régulier avec le Terminal Ferry de l'ile de MACAO. Un rapport Qualité Prix très intéressant. Chambres bien aménagées, mais avec des limites (qui restent mineures) sur la propreté pour un hôtel de cette renommée. Comme d'autres hôtels en chine : - Une literie très ferme, qui a été "améliorée" avec la mise en place d'un sur-matelas fin. - Un accés à Internet Payant dans les chambres (me paraissait cher) mais avec un accès gratuit dans le Lobby (lorsque leur équipement fonctionnait) mais sans autres moyens que le mobilier de base, le va et vient des clients nombreux, le niveau sonore de leurs discussions, et la fumée de cigarettes.
“room is okay, the price is exellent!!!”
i went there with 2 of my friends. The room and the rocation was okay, and the price was exellent!! The room is nice for the price,but the extra bed was bad. It was too small to fit a tall man and not so comfortable, but if only 2persons fit in the room, it must be okay.
