“Horrible”

It is understandable if Best Western has old properties with old rooms but what I had witnessed in their rooms is what I would expect in some 1-2 star motel or hostel in some remote rural villages. Torn bed sheets, torn mattress, rusted taps, bath tub badly damaged and rusted. We select best western because we trust some basic standard but this 1 night stay has changed my thinking.

“Disappointed”

The room is dirty, smelly, and dark! Unlike any pictures that shown on their website! The pictures of the room that they shown are the upgraded room which need to pay extra! This is the Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!
