5/5 Excellent
All good.
"We got what we asked for.
All good except the bar was closed at 22:30 and the instructions in the room said it closed at 23:00. This was a minor irritation. Everything else was as expected."

"The menu in Brasserie Blanc had a good choice and the food was very well prepared and tasty. The BB staff were very pleasant and courteous both at dinner and at breakfast.
The reception staff were very helpful.
The room was very comfortably with excellent views of the sea and pier.
It was very handy that the West Cliff lift is straight outside the front door of the hotel. It made an interesting route to the beach promenade."

"We came for a night on the way to Peppa Pig World (30 min drive away) and it had everything we needed and more.
The kids loved the pool and the grounds. It was a 20 min walk from the beach but there was a supermarket/other shops just across the road.
The room was a bargain, and had the basics you would need for a night's stay. Plenty of room for the kids (family room - 1 double and 2 singles.) The beds were comfortable.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice."
