“Too hot.”

Our room was unbearably warm despite it being November. Although the radiators were turned off, heat from the floor made it about 90 degrees inside our small crowded room. I could not sleep even though we opened the window wide.

“Good value for Luxembourg”

The Campanile is an ideal base for a quick trip to Luxembourg. The rooms are fairly basic but have tea/coffee making facilities and a very good shower. I got 25 channels on the in-room TV, but unfortunately only 1 (CNN) was broadcasting in English. There is a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport (ask the Airport information desk to ring the hotel) and a good restaurant (breakfast is quite pricey at 11 euros). All the staff I dealt with were really helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Plus points - 5 minutes walk from airport; bus stop 50 metres from hotel (number 16 takes you into the centre of town in around 25 minutes for 1.50 euros) Minus points - there are no attractions in the immediate area and hotel facilities are very limited. In summary, a good value hotel for a short stay, but the lack of amenities and local attractions mean that I would not recommend it for a longer stay, particularly for children.

Stayed for two nights and probably will stay more just because its good vaue for money but otherwise would prefer some other hotels in Luxembourg.

Hotel was clean with sparse, but functional ammenities. Staff was very friendly & helpful. You got good values in a clean room with a great shower and a comfortable bed for a great price.

You do have to pay about €10 per person for the breakfast but the food is excellent. The rooms are small and a bit too hot.

reasonably cheap and reasonably close to the city center if you have a car; the rooms are not large but completely satisfactory for a night's stay; plenty of free parking the room was clean but had a slight funny smell, I had trouble figuring out exactly what it could be; the room next door (where friends stayed) was clean as well, but had a slight smell of cigarette smoke mixed with, perhaps, some anti-smoke deodorant; however, it was not too bad to ask for another room stayed there two nights, so had to carry around a funny plastic key about twice the size of a credt card note: if you are using a navigation system, make sure to correctly enter the address! by mistake, we used "22 rue de Trèves" instead of "22 route de Trèves" and ended up in a completely wrong place (on the bright side, receiving a preview of the city at night; if you end up at the wrong address, you will understand our surprize)

“Wonderful Trip”

Nice stay. We only stayed one night, as we were driving through to Switzerland. Very comfortable hotel for a short stay.
