Try someplace else (a former regular customer)
Since it is no longer associated with the Lindner Hotel chain the quality and number of staff have declined dramatically. Cheers to the remaining staff, but they are much too overburdened. We have a long history of regular use of this hotel, but next time somewhere else.

Great hotel - high quality and terrific price
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very standard of German hotels (large variety, fresh fruits, meats, cheese). I'd stay there again.

Empfang war gut, Zimmer einfach aber relativ sauber. Bad ist nicht akzeptabel. Kein Hotelstandard sondern eher Pension aus alten Tagen im Harz mit Unterhaltungsstau. Dringender Sanierungsbedarf. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Enttäuschter Urlaub !
Das Hotel liegt ca.100m vom Bahnhof entfernt an der Hauptstrasse , dadurch ist der Lärmpegel gerade morgens sehr hoch ( Durchsagen ,Pfiffe, Transporte,....). Unser Zimmer war für 4 Personen zu klein, die Schlafcoach durchgelegen und sehr wackelig (sollte ein Doppelbett sein ), Müll in der Coach gefunden , Haare im Bad wurden nicht entfernt. Einrichtung sehr veraltet . Hotel und Zimmer sind übersät mit Teppichen und Landschaftsbilder an den Wänden die zudem überteuert sind. Benutzte Gläser werden nicht gereinigt oder ausgetauscht. Das Hotel ist vom Haupthaus gute 5 Minuten entfernt also nix Pool , Internet oder Billard im Haus. Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker aber mit 1 Bedienung sind Teller und Schüsseln oft leer. Zum Personal im Feuerschiff : sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ich habe es im Haupthaus bemängelt aber man konnte oder wollte mir nicht helfen.

Enttäuschendes Hotel
Wir hatten ein Komforthotelzimmer gebucht. Stattdessen haben wir eine abgewohnte Ferienwohnung erhalten mit fleckigen Stuhlbezügen, fleckigem Couchbezug, verschmutzten Teppichen. Im Badezimmer war die Beleuchtung über dem Spiegelschrank defekt. Es war nur eine schwache Deckenbeleuchtung vorhanden. Die Reklamation der defekten Spiegelbeleuchtung blieb erfolglos( "Schalter kaputt, müssten den Schrank austauschen"). Rasieren und Make up nur ganz eingeschränkt möglich. Preis für diese Leistung weit überhöht.

Gebucht habe ich ein Comfort-Single-Room für EUR 130,00-139,00 incl. Frühstück für drei Übernachtungen unter dem Motto: Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Erhalten habe ich in der ersten Nacht ein veraltetes, oberflächlich gereinigtes Doppelzimmer. In der zweiten Nacht habe ich ein App. erhalten, welches in besserem Zustand war. Service, Frühstück und Lage sind gut. Eine Empfehlung, das Feuerschiff zu buchen, möchte ich nicht geben.

Aufenthalt im Galeriehotel , nah beim kl.Bahnhof von Langeoog gelegen; Zimmer war recht klein mit Schrankbetten und dunklen Möbeln; für Aufenthalt mit 2 Personen tagsüber wenig geeignet.

Entäusschende Hotelleistungen
Das Zimmer des Hotels lag in einem Nebengebäude. Das Hauptgebäude mit Empfang, Bar, Frühstücksraum und Wellness-Bereich ist nicht von jedem Zimmer ohne Aufenthalt im Freien erreichbar. Das Zimmer strahlt den Charme der siebziger /achtziger Jahre aus. Das Bad ist so klein, dass es eine Zumutung ist. Am letzten Tag wurden wir durch laute Geräusche aus den Abflüssen geweckt; wir dachten, dass uns jetzt die Kanalisation entgegenkommt. Das Frühstücksangebot wäre sicherlich in Ordnung, wenn denn immer alle Produkte zur Verfügung ständen. Mal war die Käse- bzw. Aufschnittplatte, dann der Obstsalat, dann die Brötchen, ... leergeräumt. Das Nachfüllen dauerte sehr lange. Am Abreisetag gab es dann schon um 10:30 Uhr z.B. keine Brötchen mehr. Insgesamt herrschte eine unzufriedene bis gereizte Stimmung bei den Gästen während des Frühstücks. Die Information des Managers zeigt, dass diese Probleme bekannt sind, mehr als eine pauschalisierende Entschuldigung hatte er aber nicht. Das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.

Das erste Mal auf Langeoog, aber wir Erden das bestimmt wiederholen. Gerne auch in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist keine 6 min. Vom kleinbahnhof entfernt. Liegt parallel zur hauptpromenade, also ganz toll zentral für alle Touren.
