Due to the quiet spot on a small lake, the hotel offers a lot of peace and lets the city noise quickly forgotton. The rooms offer a view of either the lake and the industrial park or the parking lot. Each room is equipped with 2 beds so that they either individually or as double rooms can be used. the bed linen is allergy-safe. On request extra beds or cots can also be obtained. Furthermore the hotel offers 4 rooms with connecting door. The suites are ideal ad familiy rooms suitable. A satellite television, complimentary newspaper and magazines, direct dial telephone and Wi-Fi access (at Fee) are available in each room. On request guests can also get extra sheets or towels and an ironing board and iron. Bathrooms include a walk-in shower, complimentary care sets and a hairdryer. “Convenient to Dusseldorf airport”

We had an early morning flight out from Dusseldorf and didn't want a long drive to the airport before the long flight home. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport in a newer office park area. Nothing to see or do within walking distance, but the hotel is clean and modern and the price was very reasonable - a definite plus with the dollar at 1.5 to the euro. The room itself was typical of what I've seen in Germany - compact by American standards but not tiny. The shower was a very large walk-in style, it made me consider remodeling my home shower. All things considered, I was very satisfied with the stay. A clean, quiet, comfortable room, convenient to the airport at a very affordable price. For my purpose it was ideal. For anyone desiring walking access to city amenities this is not the place to stay as it is definitely not in the heart of the city.

“hotel für geschäftsreisende und sparer !!!”

das hotel ist in einem industriepark wo es am wochenende sehr ruhig ist. die rezeption ist 24 stunden besetzt, die zimmer sind im grossen und ganzen sauber. da auch haustiere erlaubt sind, sind die fussbodenbeläge dementsprechend beschmutzt. das interieur ist gepflegt und rein von staub. die betten sind für eine nacht ok, aber für mehrere nächte viel zu weich und ohne jegliche rückenunterstützung. das bad macht einen oberflächlich guten eindruck. aber bei genauerem betrachten habe ich in der dusche in den fugen schwarzschimmel entdeckt. ich vermute, das der schimmel nicht nur in "unserer" dusche vorhanden war, sondern in jedem bad dieses hotels ohne fenster. wir haben die dusche insgesamt zehn minuten und der eingebaute lüfter war mit der feuchtigkeit im bad völlig überfordert. das hotel ist für drei sterne, mit kabelfernsehen, kostenloser sauna und gratis minibar sehr günstig. wer ca. 13€ für paytv pro übernachtung ausgeben möchte, erhält 2 topfilm-sender (bei unserer übernachtung lief "avatar" & "valentinstag) und 2 erotik (porno) sender. also wer nur ein paar tage auf der messe oder in der stadt verbringt kann ich dieses hotel nur weiterempfehlen---->preis/leistung = NOTE 2+

“Nicht zu empfehlen”

Ich hatte die Business Class gebucht, die Beschreibung der Ausstattung des Zimmers war völlig daneben. Keine kostenlose Minibar, kein schnurlos Telefon, kein Kamin obwohl dies alles so beschrieben wurde. Auf Nachfrage wie es denn mit der Beschreibung sei, kam die lapidare Antwort das sei eine alte Beschreibung und das gab es alles früher mal. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war auch nicht ganz ok, bei mir lag von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise eine leere Schnapsflasche unter dem Regal. Wer nicht bis um 10.00 Uhr sein Zimmer verläßt, bekommt einen Wäschesack mit neuen Handtüchern vor die Tür gestellt, und das Zimmer wird nicht mehr gereinigt.

“Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von KR, hat aber in der Nähe eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle”

Vom Preis (Wochenende) schon fast ein Budget-Hotel, vom Standard her beste Mittelklasse. Einzig die Lage in einem Gewerbegebiet ist nicht optimal, aber kein Problem wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle gibt es auch in der Nähe, und ein Taxi in die City von KR kostet auch nicht die Welt.

“mit Hund genial gelegen”

Schönes Hotel, im Industriegebiet (Büros von Softwarefirmen) gelegen, am Rande von Krefeld. Ringsum schön grün, ideal wenn man mit Hund reist. Hunde dürfen mit auf das Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schönes Ambiente beim Abendessen. Sehr netter Service, nur der Aufzug unmittelbar neben dem Zimmer war etwas störend.

“Deutlich Verbesserungsbedürftig”

Der Service war starr und unflexibel. Schroff wurden wir daruaf hingewiesen dass die Frühstückszeit vorbei ist, nicht ganz 5 Minuten vorher hatte ich das Frühstück für 2 Personen bezahlt und darauf hingwiesen dass wir dies nun noch tun wollen. Lediglich der eigentlich betroffene Küchenservice zeigte sich gnädig. Der Herr am Empfang am Vortag glänzte ebenfalls nicht mit Freundlichkeit. Derzeit befindet sich das Hotel an der Baustelle zum Ausbau der benachbarten Kreuzung.
