“So so...”

Too far from any interesting point in the city. Regarding facilities, the tube support was kinda loose, in a way someone could fall holding to it. Same thing with the shower, it would barely stand where it was supposed to. The toilettes were too high, so you find it difficult to reach the floor with your feet when you're sit ( and I'm not short). But all in all, these are pretty specific points. In all other matters this hotel is pretty regular.

“definetely recommend”

Hotel was excellent. Stayed in various hotels throughout Portugal on this trip and the best sleep was at this hotel. almost wish I had stayed more nights. Area was ok, very close to airport,which was a blessing.

“Holiday Inn Lisbon”

Ideally located for Lisbon airport and even the city centre. Short, relativy easier drive into centre - 10 mins. Not a very nice location, but a really nice, local, friendly restaurant 5 mins walk rather than the Pizza delivery to the hotel was a good choice. Ideal for 1 night in conjunction with flights from the airport.

“What you do not expect!”

I booked two rooms. One for a family of four and one for my wife and myself. The family consisted of Mom, Dad, and 2 small children 3 & 5 years old. On arrival we found ourselves with the 2 rooms but with three people per room. When we asked to have this changed as per the booking we were told we would have to manage. The children were not able to be separated from their parents and so one person had to sleep on the floor! Not satisfactory at all!

“poor location”

This hotel is advertised as an airport hotel but is not convenient to the airport. To get there is a 10 euro taxi ride and there is a morning only shuttle to the airport that is 5 euro per person. The neighborhood is an industrial area with nothing around it. You can take a bus to downtown. The bus stop is a 10-15 minute walk. As far as the hotel is concerned, accomodations are fine, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good. If you arrive late and want dinner, you are going to have to take a taxi to find a restaurant.

“close to airport”

Holiday Inn is modern and clean. It is in a commercial area and has nothing to offer for shopping or restaurants. just 2 restaurants nearby and Holiday Inn only serves breakfast. It's great if you are just wanting a place for the night to go to the airport the next morning. The provide shuttle and it is 6 euros per person. A taxi is 7 euros so 2 or more is best to go by taxi

“Good for Airport layover only.”

The hotel is located in a very sketchy and ugly neighbourhood full of factories, abandoned buildings and freeways. Basically not a good hotel if you are wanting to tour the sights of beautiful Lisbon....however, a good hotel if you want an American style convenience hotel with free parking that is close to the airport and car rental returns. The staff are friendly and the hotel is located close to the airport. To be frank, I am not sure I would stay here if you did not have a car or are willing to take taxis. The shuttle is expensive and not that convenient....and public transit seems to be lacking in this industrial and ugly neighbourhood.

“Good for an overnight stay before a flight”

Comfortable hotel with nice continental breakfast close to the airport. Great for an overnight stay before a morning flight. Hotel floor design is good - there are no rooms next to the elevators. Therefore, those big bus tour groups can talk as loudly as they want waiting for the elevator and not have to worry about disturbing other guests, which to be honest, they concern themselves about anyway!

“Good Airport Hotel”

Only stay at this hotel if you have an early flight as there is no direct transportation to the center of town. However, we really liked this HIE. It is by far one of the nicest ones we've stayed at. The only complaint was that they forgot to give us a sack breakfast for our early flight. We had dinner down the road (a bit of a walk down an industrial area) in a local restaurant. There were about 3-4 places to eat, nothing too fancy. We ventured around this neighborhood a bit and went to a really good pastelaria down the road and up a hill past the municipal market. The thing is that most hotels in Lisbon aren't that far from the airport since it is a small town and the airport is in the center.
