“'Disappointing'”

The hotel itself is better represented on the website and unfortunately will not stay here again when visiting Lourdes. Although we were a party of 4 in a junior suite which can accommodate 6 people it was rather claustrophobic. The view outside is dependent on which floor your room is otherwise you could be viewing the car park. This hotel offers the basic requirements for self catering accommodation, more of a 2 star than 3 star. It lets itself down on the level of cleanliness which was extremely disappointing and definitely requires an uplift e.g kitchen utensils were dirty, bathroom is dated, dirty floor, shower head was broken , toilet lack of cleanliness and hygiene so bring your rubber gloves!! Bed linen provided was clean, more than what could be said for the stained mattresses and blankets provided which definitely need replacing. On the up side there is a bakery and pharmacy across the road with a supermarket and McDonalds restaurant within 5 mins walking distance to cater for your needs.

This hotel was superbly situated for the town and attractions, being only a short walk to both. The check-in girl was lovely. The only drawback was that the main bed was a pull-out bed-settee and not the most comfortable. Overall though it was a great base and excellent value for money.

“Impressed”

Besides the flight problem , the hotel lift broke down on the second day and never repaired till we left. but impressed with the hotel and the rooms, clean and nice view and quite surroundings, nice walk to the Grotto.

“Garden Fox di Lourdes....ottima struttura”

Il Victoria Garden Fox è un residence discreto, curato nell'essenziale e con il parcheggio al proprio interno a disposizione dei clienti. Gli appartamentini, la suite junior nel nostro caso, non sono molto grandi ed in 5 o 6 persone l'intimità personale va accantonata. Nel complesso è una struttura valida, tranquilla e ben posizionata. Nonostante sia leggermente spostata dal centro vero e proprio si raggiunge la basilica di Notre Dame in circa 10 minuti a piedi muniti di passeggino come nel nostro caso. Le aspettative sono state rispettate tutte come da prenotazione. Zona adiacente servita da farmacie, panifici ed un supermercato Carrefur a meno di 300 metri. Personale discreto e disponibile. Lingua italiana compresa, ma il francese è molto gradito. Per chi ha famiglia, specialmente bimbi piccoli, questa struttura è perfetta e conigliabilissima.

“Séjour touristique”

Très bon séjour, appartement propre, nombreuses serviettes à disposition, vue agréable. La télé devrait être située autrement et non à la tête du lit. Bien situé proche du centre ville et des lieux touristiques, très important quand on a un enfant en bas âge. Bien situé et rapport qualité prix intéressant par rapport à la petite station de ski proche. Nous reviendrons une troisième fois sans doute.
