No entry issues
Our flight was delayed 4 hours. When we arrived late,reception was closed.We had to stay in a nearby hotel for one night, cost 100 Euros. If they could have sent a text with door entry codes etc, that could have been avoided. A contact number is essential. This apart, we have stayed here twice,and rate it highly,and would stay there again.

The location was perfect for us because it is very close to the train station. The person that checked us in was not corteous nor helpful. The other employee at the front desk was however always helpful. The room was not very clean and housekeeping is not provided during the stay. It needs updating.

Lourdes stay
Just what we wanted. Room good size, everything you need was there, my only mention was the pillow was like wafer thin, i asked for more pillows and got them no problem. It is modern well maintained. 9 Euros for Cont breakfast. I would certainly stay there again.Handy for the train station.

Hotel with no amenities at all!
Next to clean! Aweful! For 4 days& 3 nights-1 tiny soap, 1packet of shampoo( barely nothing) 1 thin towel and heater didn’t heat quite right. Bed was not the regular twin( mattress type) no hair dryer. Front desk limited hours. At least three people were outside the door sleeping-like homeless people-was scary to see going back to hotel at night. Not coming back!

Quality basic accommodation
Yes this place is basic but that’s reflected in the price. However in spite of being next to the train station it’s super quiet and a good place for families to stay. We’ve stayed here twice now and will be returning!

My family of four slept comfortably in two connected rooms. Spartan decor, very clean. We arrived late but they left envelope with my name on it. All in all, good value.

Ok hotel for the price !
Very good next to train station/ taxi stand! For 3 nts stay, room was not attended to-request for new towels etc. for the price, it's reasonable . We were able to cook-that was great!

The location and price was great.It was right next to the train station.The place is clean,safe and quiet.However, one of the towels provided in our bathroom seems used,it has that odd smell like sweat or someone from the gym used it.The other towel was clean.Other than that the redt are ok and convenient.

Clean, comfortable basic accommodation in Lourdes
We were three Canadian university professors traveling in Spain and France after a professional conference in Barcelona. We had not noted that the registration closed at 8pm. Fortunately, we arrived just before 8pm and were given a key to what we thought was the 2 bedroom suite we had reserved and received confirmation about. Upon opening the door, we could see that it was only 1 room and 1 bed. When we got back to the registration desk, it was closed and no one in sight. Like a miracle (we were in Lourdes, after all), the desk clerk walked by on her way out the door. We explained the situation and she immediately moved us to a two-bedroom suite. She even went with us up to the room to make certain that everything was OK. A huge shout-out to the desk clerk and a warning that you should arrive well before 8pm. Parking was an additional cost but was perfect in a secured space under the building. The location is right next to the train station and a 10-minute walk to the shrine. The rooms provided basic, no-frills accommodations at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for what it was.

Great hotel for the money
Room was clean. Lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. However they lock the doors and there's no one there after 7 PM. Beds were way too low to the floor for me but relatively comfortable. It was a great location for the train station. Young lady at the desk recommended restaurant across the street and the food was exceptional. Would probably stay there again

Awesome stay for a good price. Easy to get to from the train station after a long train ride from London and right behind a bus stop to get into the town. Not a far walk from everthing but if you dont like hills then the easy fix is to commute by bus!

During off season, reception is not 24 hours open. Not convenient for check in and out. Blanket is not very clean. Room is spacious with cooking utensils and a tidy kitchen. No room cleaning service during my 2 night stay.

I was visiting the Grotto with my friend and we were delghted with the location, reception and attitude of the staff who were more tan helpful. It was clean, tidy and of course the location to the station was outstanding

This was just what we needed, a cheap, convenient place to stay for a night before using the train station. The rooms are fairly small and spartan but worth the modest price.

Basic, next to train station
Very basic hotel room. We chose it because it's right next door to the train station in Lourdes and very inexpensive. Walking into town is downhill and takes about 15 mins. We did not have the breakfast buffet, but it looked good. Wifi worked well and AC worked ok.

Good place -- Rooms were pretty big. Good accommodations - Very clean -- next to the train station. About a 10-15 walk to the grotto site. Staff very friendly -- good WiFi. Very nice place

the stay was quitr comfortable, the staffs were not available all the time but our room information along with our names were put up on the front door, so we could access our rooms even though we arrived late. The hotel is very close to the grotto. in total i would recommend this hotel because of its value for money and location.

Perhaps some people who rent an apartment eat out all the time... But to eat in... No bread knife to cut through French bread is ridiculous!!. No power socket near the cramped kitchen area for kettle, hence it was sat on the floor plugged in under the TV. Aside from that gripe, great location for SNCF trains and taxis... But don't expect to use buses over a weekend to other towns... Only the town bus and tourist 'train' are operating. Nearest supermarket is monoprix, a 10 minute walk south not far from tourist information.

The hotel is located about 15 min by foot from the holly site at Lourdes and presents a great value for families. Do not expect any luxuries, but this property has all the basics you will need to enjoy your stay in Lourdes.

Highly recommend
We were very happy with our stay and will definitely recommend the hotel. Clean room is the main priority and they deliver. A bonus is a room with small kitchen, spacious, well maintained building with helpful reception.

Suited us great, very handy for train and bus service just across the road.we were on a high floor and it was fairly quiet. Good double glazing so not disturbed by trains. Could have done with more lighting and a couple of extra blankets. Overall a good value for money stay.

Just say no!
I would not go back to this hotel. We arrived at 8:30pm to find the reception closed. An envelop was waiting for us on the wall with our room information, stating that our room was open, and the key was inside. The room was small and quite frankly minimal. The kitchenette didn't work, the fridge had a towel in it and a sticker of "Do not use". The television had two channels, both in French. The beds were uncomfortable, and with hair of their previous owners in it. The breakfast was 7 Euros per person, and was more than minimal... We were on the second floor and we had no water pressure in the shower. It was also going from hot to cold in one second. For your entertainment, you can count on hearing the next room conversations... On top of the facilities not being optimal, this hotel is far from the sites. Due to all of those issues, I would tell you that although the price may be great, you may not be able to sleep.... If you are looking for a bed (regardless of its state) and WC... than it will be for you.... if not, just choose another hotel. Some of you may think that this critique is harsh, or that I haven't travel in Europe, but it isn't the case. We have been on a road trip with other inexpensive hotels, and so far were always pleased aside from this exception....
