Close to the Train Station.

The Ibis was close to the Train Station which was a bonus when we had bike bags as well as our normal luggage. The Hotel was basic and the room quite tight but good value for money and a good position.

The hotel is good value-for-money and located close to the main train station. It is modern and provides all of the necessary facilities. My criticism is the customer service. In one instance the restaurant staff forget our food order and made us wait for an unreasonable length of time - there was no apology or offer of a discount as a gesture of goodwill. Another disappointing example of poor customer service occurred upon check-out when the staff member serving me said I hadn't paid the room rate (which I did in advance of my stay). Fortunately I was able to produce evidence of payment. Not sure whether it was a case of an incompetent staff member or antiquated computer system, but irrespective it was quite irritating.

Excellent location,next to station and only a short walk to all the Lourdes sights. Small room but OK for a short stay.
