Very small rooms. I requested double bed on Expedia but got two twins. No air conditioning . Breakfast very basic for 8 Euros which is understandable. Staff nice and helpful.

Pleasant stay
Very clean. Slow elevator. Didn’t eat meals there but no food or drink allowed in rooms. Few parking was a 3 minute walk across a bridge on the other side of the river. 10 minute walk to the Basilicas and lots of restaurants. Wifi didn’t work on our last night (front desk coverage is limited) but the kind night security guard let me hot spot from his phone.

It a little from to the sanctuary. The breakfast was buffet but the choice was limited. Otherwise all is good and the people running the place was nice and very nice.

The manager or the owner was very welcoming and very friendly. Always ready to give us information and help in the best manner. The hotel location was convenient; close to local restaurants, supermarket and main pilgrim place. The mountain and river view; so special and so beautiful. Would love to come back and stay at the same hotel again.

Very simple hotel with great location
The hotel rooms have very minimum amenity. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. So for the money value, I think it's worth it!

For what we paid it was very good value the only thing was that the hotel said they had a car park. But the car park is a free public car park and there were a lot of Roma living in the car park I took my car out and was lucky enough to fine a space on the street across fron hotel.

Very basic, no frills hotel. For the price, is a good choice. Good view from balcony, river and snow capped mountain. Hotel staff is very helpful. Bus stop in front of hotel - very convenient to get to city centre, train station and airport. No need to pay for expensive taxi fares. Quite disappointed that there is electric kettle in the room. However, hotel manager is kind to provide a flask.

Great views
The view and location of the river was marvelous. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the basilica grounds, which might be tough if you are walking in a wheelchair. The restaurant was good though pricier than other restaurants in the area. The free parking is a public lot on the other side of the river.

Beautiful Lourdes !
Very good for the price... ask for a room in the front of the hotel for a view of the river. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to a very verdant and large hill.

Great Location and a Staff that goes the extra mil
We arrived late a night after a long drive from Paris and were immediately greeted by the staff, they checked us in quickly and offered us a beverage. The room was perfect for our weekend to explore Lourdes. Our trip was still early in the season and we were given a top floor room with a balcony overlooking the castle and the river. We woke up late on our first day but the staff still allowed us to enjoy their complimentary breakfast after the designated time and also gave us good information for geting around town, buy a trolley pass...it takes you to all the points of interest and lets you get on and off through out the day. Would stay at this Hotel if we pass through again.

Enjoyed our stay. Although the Hotel feels a little dated and the external garden area was not at all appealing and the rooms were basic, I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and everything worked. Staff were helpful, location in Lourdes too was ideal, close to amenities with free parking close by. Worked well as a base to follow the Tour de France around the area.

Had a great stay and experience. ; times and loved
Nice, good French food. Beautiful, view and Peter-manager very helpful and nice. Clean rooms, bath is tiny in width not height. Plastic shower curtain kept clinging to body during shower otherwise great stay, cleanliness and comfortable beds and rooms. Food and ice cream near by. Shortcuts to grotto made this walk interesting too. Train ride. Funiculaire du Pic du Jer, castle, crepes, wine, 8 pm walk around the grounds at the grotto make me wanna go back- especially the 3 course lunch meals and the 4 course dinners- AWESOME! But all vacations come to a close and I miss all the food and the quiet

Best Location
Best Location if you enjoy nature facing the river. Service from the desk was very good and Kind staff. Rooms are very basic but meet the needs and clean. Bfast was very basic can have some hot meal and charge bit more. Room furniture very old and tatty. I will recommend to any one the hotel has the best view and not far from town. Owners PLEASE invest little bit of money on room furniture and you will be the best in town. Excellent value for money

Overlooking the River
The hotel has seen better days and could use a renovation. Our bathroom contained a bath which was badly scratched and in need of replacing. On the plus side, the location was great as we overlooked the river away from the more tacky shop area but were only a short walk away from the Basilica. Over the bridge was ample free parking so not a concern that the hotel does not have a parking area.

We had a family stay (60-something parents and 37yo "child") for 2 nights. The hotel is located an easy taxi ride (8-12EU each way) from the train station. There is a bus stop (1.20EU per person) almost directly in front of the hotel which will also take you to the Funicular to Pic du Jer or you can walk ~15-30min (depending on your fitness level) uphill to the funicular. From the hotel, the walk to the Sanctuary is 5-10min and passes many shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant offers standard breakfast that includes breads, jams, cereals, boiled eggs, cold sliced meats and cheeses, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc. We had a triple-bed room (1 double bed, 1 single bed) which is comfortable in size and has a balcony. The bathroom was fairly large but the SHOWER STALL was TEENY-TINY and very difficult to maneuver in without shutting off the water accidentally. The hotel staff were very nice and multi-lingual (French, English, Spanish). Our room was very clean and our view overlooking the river was absolutely beautiful and incredibly tranquil considering the apparent chaos surrounding the Sanctuary. There are no refrigerators or ice machines available for guest use. The desk staff kindly gave us ice each day to keep my father´s medications chilled. Except for the teeny-tiny showers, I would recommend this hotel to others. I would happily stay there again myself but mature travelers or those with limited mobility will have difficulties with the showers.

Ideal location
Excellent service at the front desk. Hotel ideally located and very inexpensive for a well-sized comfortable room. Found the room still smelled of smoke despite non-smoking room request. However, the view - of the river, castle, and mountains - resulted in my not requesting a change of rooms as I had the best view from my room that one could ask for. The bathroom did not smell too good on the day of arrival, despite having being cleaned. So, a more thorough cleaning might be in order. In addition, the hotel rooms might include a waste paper basket. These were minor inconveniences. The hotel was very well priced and I had a fabulous stay. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Hôtel agréable, mais avec une règle trop sévère.
Hôtel très propre, situé à une centaine de mètres du seul grand parking public gratuit que nous avons vu à Lourdes, avec des chambres offrant une vue dégagée, en particulier sur les montagnes. Dommage qu’un grand hôtel pareil n’ait pas d’émulsionneur de lait pour préparer un cappuccino ! Et il est regrettable qu’il soit interdit d’apporter dans les chambres nourriture et/ou boisson de l’extérieur.

Bonjour, A lourdes nous ne sommes pas des voleurs et ne touchons pas aux voitures. Si vous n'avez trouvé que ce prétexte pour critiquer l'hôtel, c'est que vous êtes une personne bien petite. Il n'y a que les voleurs qui ont peur d'être volé !

Mediocre!
A higiene do quarto deixou muito a desejar, desede a casa de banho com fungos nas cortinas da banheira, as paredes de quarto com fungos, o cheiro acutilante das alcatifas e à publicidade enganosa no que toca ao parque de estacionamento, quando diz ter parque de estacionamento, e o que oferecem é o parque da cidade. A Hall de entrada estava sempre cheio de clientes, a abarrotar, o que nunca nos deu a oportunidade de usufruir os lugares comuns na nossa estada de três dias.
