“Convenient for our needs”

The Springhill Suites are conventiently located near the Crowne Plaza where our grandson was participating in a Leadership Conference. We found the staff helpful and friendly and the room met our needs. It was clean and offered a sitting area to relax.

“Good visit”

We stayed during a visit to see our grandchildren. Overall the room was nice but there were a few things not to our satisfaction. The indoor pool was very cold. The meat on the breakfast buffet was not good quality. The rest of the food was good. The internet connection was very slow. The hotel is at the airport but the noise was not enough to wake you up from a sleep. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and in good condition. I would stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

“NIce hotel”

I used this hotel for my daughter's sleepover for her birthday. It was very clean and the breakfast that was offered was wonderful and above what I expected. The only down side to this stay was that the room was smaller than expected. I would recommended this hotel to my friends and family.

“Will continue to use this hotel! Loved it!”

I meet my children in Louisville a lot because it is halfway for us. I also travel extensively for work so I am in and out of a lot of hotels. This hotel is wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was beautiful with a nice seating area; everything was very clean and best of all they offer a shuttle to the airport! I look forward to my next stay:)

“Springhill - A Good Place to Stay”

My family and I stayed in a suite and were highly sastisfied. Check in was easy and the guy at the desk was friendly. Room was a good size and clean. Pool was clean (a little cold), kids wished there was a hot tub. Breakfast was good. Lots of things to choose from. Everyone was happy and I would recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel for ABR oral boards exam”

This was a very nice hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. It is right next door to the Crown Plaza where the boards exam takes place. It has a nice floor plan with a living room area and a bedroom. There is a small kitchenette area with a mini fridge and a microwave. This is worth the money if you are taking oral boards.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, close to downtown and to Fort Knox. We spent 3 nights there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was much better than expected and we all enjoyed what they were serving. The location was perfect. My family was visiting my son for Family Day during Basic Training. It only took 1/2 hour to drive to the base. Everything else, entertainment and good food, was no more than 15 minutes away! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Area recommendations
The English Pub on 4th Street was really good. We also had consistently great food in the Bardstown area. If you have any choice, make sure that you come during Thunder over Louisville! The fireworks are truly amazing.

“Not Impressed”

Not at all what I expected from this level of accommodations. I am used to being eagerly greeted by hotel staff and not treated with such indifference. While the facilities were well maintained, it is hard to recommend their services.
