“OK”

stay was ok - a little difficult to find initially - side door recommended that i use since handicapped did not work with key cards so had to use a less convenient door

“Rather have stayed elsewhere”

Good price a place to sleep. The hotel lobby was well kept and pretty. The lady at the front desk was pleasant when we checked in. However...the room was in serious disrepair. It reeked of smoke and there were cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. Very unpleasant. Also before we arrived we were running very late and called to see about staying at the same hotel chain closer to where we were. The man was very rude. Also this place was actually sixteen minutes from the town we thought we were staying in. Maybe we just got a bad room?

“Probably stay there on the return trip”

Our dog stayed with us. The additional charge was a bit high, but they treated him like a prince.

“Not worth the money.”

Hotel broke in to five wings. Terrible parking. Elevator only on one end of the bulding, spent 3 days climbing stairs. Asked house keeping for fresh towels and they never came.

Area recommendations
Grew up in Clarksville, was just coming home to visit family and all the Louisville hotels were booked.

“Good Value”

“Nice Hotel”

I had a meeting at the Convention Center and this hotel was right next door and very easy to get to. There was a restaurant in the hotel so there was no need to go elsewhere for dining. If there was a down side it would be there there really wasn't any eating establishments right around the hotel.

“Very nice stay”

I was. Very impressed with this hotel. Friendly staff, very clean room. The hotels pizza was even good. Pool was a nice size.

“Noisy halls”

Room was clean at 1st appearance, but dust accumulation behind bed and furnishings. Unfortunate timing since room was in area of Shriner convention and too noisy to sleep.
