“Very convenient -- close to the Kentucky Exposition Center”

The hotel's free shuttle was extremely helpful. It picked me up at the airport and took me to the Exposition Center when I needed to be there.

“Good night sleep”

Great mattress. Nice and clean. Easy access to expressway. Didn't notice any restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I failed to ask if they had a fridge; they didn't. Breakfast was fine.

“Very comfortable, convenient, and courteous”

The Hampton Inn was a pleasant surprise in the midst of a stressful time. It is very close to the airport, so there is an expected amount of plane noise. But the room itself was very comfortable, the staff was very nice, and the shuttle will go 2 miles away and take you to get food.

“Comfortable and clean. Am pleased with the hotel.”

Nice hotel, very comfortable beddings. Like the natural lights that come in. Enough lights in the hotel room unlike some hotels which are a little too dark for my liking. Only problem being a airport hotel, that I was woken up at 3-4 am because of an airplane above, that shook the windows. Good thing is it was not that frequent, the next time I was woken up by an airplane was about 6-7 am.

“Great Price and Great Location.”

We needed something close to the airport because we had a 6am flight and to our suprise it was not even 1 full shuttle ride minute away. Guest Services is great. Will stay again. Also the King size bed was so comfortable!

“Great location near Expo Center”

Hotel is just off interstate with plentiful parking and easy in and out. It is clean and well maintained but we didn't spend much time there. Neighborhood has other hotels but has an industrial feel. Restaurants, other than one in another hotel, are mile + away. Hotel offers free shuttle to Expo Center (as well as airport ) but close enough to walk which we did. Only disappointment was breakfast which wasn't as nicely prepared especially with little extras such as fresh fruit, meat, bread for toast as I have experienced at other Hamptons.

“relaxing Christmas Eve”

We had an early Christmas Day flight and stayed at the Louisville Hampton Inn to avoid driving in the dark with snowy roads. The staff was very helpful and cordial even with it being Christmas. We prefer Hampton Inn's when traveling. We know the hotels are the same, no surprises!

“Short stay in Louisville”

the hotel staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean.

Area recommendations

i arrived at 1:00 am due to flight delays and had a meeting at 7:30 am. I did not get to see much except my pillow.

“Excellent service and accomodations.”

They were extremely helpful. I checked in early and checked out late. Their shuttle driver drove me to places other than the airport for no charge - tipped him of course. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good.
