“Staying there again in 2012 two more times!!”

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were a lot nicer then what we expected especially for the price. Breakfast was typical pastries, cereal, and you can make your own waffles. There was always someone there if someone needed something. We were there to go to Churchill Downs, it took about 10 minutes to get to the track and it was very easy going and getting back. There is an awesome seafood place near it named Kingfish, that has a wonderful menu and staff overlooking the river. Overall, it was a great stay and we are going to stay there again two more times next summer.

“Good choice”

Clean Hotel. About 2 miles from major shopping center. Quiet neighborhood. Good price. Would go back again

“Quartet Convention 2011”

Hotel is in a great location right off the expressway with easy access. Exits just passed the hotel has everything including restaurants and shopping that you could need. Housekeeping could work a little harder, but all in all it is a nice place to stay.

Events and shows
Not far from the Kentucky Expo Center maybe 10 miles.

“Pleasant surprise”

We were travelling and wanted a cheap hotel to spend the night and take a break on our long drive. Turns out it was a very nice place. If I visit louisville or surrounding area in future, I would definitely stay here.

“Great Location for KY state fair”

My family stayed at the Days Inn and Suites Jeffersonville while showing livestock at the Kentucky State Fair. The location was fabulous and easily accessible to the interstate and the Kentucky Expo Center. The room was in good condition and extremely large (King Size bed). Our only problem was that we were having issues with our key cards. The staff was very helpful in resolving and resetting the cards. The breakfast selection was adequate - bread for toasting, muffins, cereals, and of course waffles! My husband also said that the coffee was great. We will be looking to stay again if in the area.

“Good but you need a car to get around”

This hotel was great. Simple but sufficient. The location is not within walking distance of anything, but if you have a car it is a convenient location. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was very sugary (muffins, pastries, waffles, fruit loops) but.....oh well. The room was spacious (we had a king sized bed and the room could've easily fit another full mattress). I would stay there again. good price for what you get.

Area recommendations
Downtown Louisville seems way cooler than the 'burbs, but....this was sufficient. Also downtown Jeffersonville (near the river and the confectionery) was much cuter than near-the-freeway-and-fastfood-joints. Nonetheless, nothing is too far away.

“smelly”

we looked online and found a newly remodeled hotel with a 3 star or higher rating. we had booked this hotel for our anniversary weekend hoping to get a nice room with some nice aminities. To our surprise the rooms smelled like smoke, the halls smelled, breakfast was awful, the staff was either gossiping or smoking and when we complained about the smelly room they gave us 5.00 in cash. We kept having to reset the key cards too such a pain. We will not stay there again.

“Not impressed”

I have stayed at other Days Inns and thought they were fine. At this one the beds were dirty and the staff was not very nice. I stayed there because it was close to the surgery center but will look for adifferent place next time.

Area recommendations
I would reccomend the area because it is close to the surgery center we went to.
