huge rooms. great view of the arch. nice beach 5 minute walk away. safe area easy parking. stairs to room though so no wheelchairs. very clean. great cleaning staff. great breakfast restaurant.

This property is situated where every room has beautiful views of Cabo San Lucas for sunset watching. There is a pool for every other building so, you can probably find a quiet pool somewhere close. It is a walkable 15 minutes to the nearest supermarket and a shorter walk to Oxxo. Bus routes are in front of the supermarket so not far to catch public transit. The condos are quite large and could easily accommodate a family or two couples, as each room gets a full bath with shower. The property is about a 10-15 minute walk down to a swimmable beach at Playa Cabo Bello. You can cut through the Misiones Del Cabo condo complex and use the stairs to get there otherwise its a long walk through the Cabo Bello condo complex. On the negative side, the condos are a bit run down, and we had a number of technical problems with hot water, AC, Fridge, TV remote. All were fixed within 48 hours but glad i knew Spanish to explain the problems. The appliances were a bit cheap and functioned ok, but not great. We tended to cook in our condo due to the outrageous prices at any of the local restaurants. If money is not a problem then I am sure you will enjoy a nice breakfast for $$$ at the restaurant.

We stayed in building 10, room 105 and it smelled terrible in there. There wasn’t any hot water and there was leftover things from the previous travelers like hair. Will not be booking this one ever again.

0= hot water, 0= wifi, 0= support from GM, this place is worst hotel in Cabo. I have stayed over 5 separate times and its always the same. They once started to retile my bathroom when i was at beach. All my personal and credit cards out in open. When i returned they told me its just a couple more hours of work and to wait!!!!!!!

The grounds of the property are very nice, updated with nice landscaping. Wish I could say the same about our room--sparsely furnished with banged-up, dated furniture. The ocean view was gorgeous from this 4th-floor, 2 BR condo that overlooks a lovely pool, but hard to see because the curtain rods were broken and we couldn't get the curtains open. The slider wouldn't lock, there's no elevator, no kitchen towels, only 1 hand towel per BA, no warm water to shower. There are about 15 different buildings of 8 units at this property, the highest bldg number being down the hill,closer to the water where the office is. We were in building 3 and had to drag our suitcases all the way back up the hill after checking in. Estefan at the front desk was very friendly & pleasant. The workout room was pretty good with a nice view but no towels or water. We only stayed one night and would've complained about stuff had we stayed longer. The price was great for the view.

Just fine if you like COLD SHOWERS!
Considering the location so near the coast line the price was definitely a plus. I had a two bedroom flat with a large living room and kitchen and two bathrooms. There was ample space. The furniture and space was a bit worn for wear but totally functional. However, my BIG issue was that there was no hot water in either showers, sinks or kitchen. I told the front desk multiple times both day and evening during my stay and each time they said they would send someone up. I even watched the desk clerk notifying someone on her walkie-talkie. It never got fixed. It being 85* outside I didn't need "hot" water for a shower warm water would have sufficed but a cold shower is unacceptable. To my disappointment I got no explanation, no apology and definitely no hot water. Would I stay here again, hmmmmm? Not so sure about this.

The condo was clean. Nice view. Pool nice. Kitchen needs more things provided - utensils, hand towels, functional ice maker, plastic bowls. New lamps throughout would be nice (cords on living room lamps frayed at plugs -fire danger!). Blankets on beds are old, flimsy & scratchy. But ok for our stuck-in-Cabo 3 extra days because of Hurricane Norma!

The suites were recently upgeaded. Very modern style, beds were super comfy, large showers, maid service everyday. No hassle checking-in. Only negative is the livingroom furniture. They have outdoor patio sofas which were very uncomfortable.
