“Honeymoon at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica in Cabo”
Great experience, wonderful grounds and friendly staff. CLEAN. Great food at the restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner - a big feat for an all inclusive! I would not call it an all out luxury property, but it's very near luxury and the staff you interact with daily are great (especially the activities folks if you like to be a little active on your trip..they were a blast!) Not the fastest service at the restaurants (but you are on vacation and this isnt the USA!) and the room service is pretty bad (and with a very limited menu). The drinks at the pool were great and good brands of booze used. Get out early (by 10am or so) and put towels to reserve lounge chairs poolside (two pools, one with swim up bar thats more active and another thats more relaxing). Beach is literally a private beach with NO resorts anywhere to be seen (mile of open beach, beautiful) so great for romantic walks or to catch a sunset. Go for a sunset cruise in town, you wont regret it (Cabo Sailing was great and reasonably priced). Shuttles are a pain as noted in other reviews, but they are free, just allow the time for them to connect at Sunset Beach to the Rose. We just paid the $10-$12 each way cab ride to go into town twice and it was worth the no hassle experience in my opinion. Cool shops in town and plenty to party if you want that scene. Great trip and if we come back to Cabo, we will stay here for the serenity and quiet with great service, staff and food!
“Not impressed”
Hotel is very peaceful and clean. Service needs improvement, wearing an all inclusive bracelet meant no service, since the gratuity was paid already Stayed 6 days and 3 employees gave good service and the rest ingnored us Food needs an improvement, no flavor
“A Honeymoon to Remember”
We had an amazing ocean view room & our own personal butler. The employees at the hotel are so friendly. The restaurants in the hotel were very good and once we left to eat at the sister resort we both got sick. We had free shuttle to the sister resort on the swimable Medeno beach which we used often. Overall, Cabo is amazing & this hotel is amazing. We would stay here again if we came back to Cabo.
“Adult-only PB Pacifica was Rx for rest & relaxation”
We booked an Ocean Front suite. Very pleased with hotel. All-inclusive food was very good. We recommend making dinner reservations at the all-inclusive restaurants before your arrival and skipping "themed buffet dinners." Suite guests receive a personal butler. Ours, Martin, was fabulous. Ask & ye shall receive! Everyday we enjoyed great drinks, food, and beach BED! Martin arranged a surfing day at Los Cerritos for the hubby & awesome spa treatments for the wife. Thanks so much, Martin!
“Cabo sanctuary.”
Great hotel, better than average food, no kids, very attentive staff and the spa was terrific! would recommend for sure!
“Below average resort”
Although the shuttle was free, it was inconvenient because it only ran every hour and you had to get a ticket for it. Also, you had to take another hourly shuttle to get to the hotel where the tickets were obtained. Food quality was very average and wait staff very slow. Maid service did not care to clean bathroom or hang up towels on 1st night. And we are still trying to resolve a mysterious $150 charge which was charged to our credit card. Also, the hotel is quite far from the hotel and you cannot do any water sports on the beach adjacent to the hotel. Although we did not stay at the Palmilla or Dreams, these resorts are closer to the hotel, we heard better things about these resorts from other travellers, and you can surf and bodyboard at the beaches. Stay away from the Pueblo Bonito!
“Very good place to relax.”
Nice place, very quiet. The site is clean and welcoming. The dinner experience is excellent. The only thing missing there is the access to the ocean.
“Best place for rest and relaxation”
Spa was amazing! Food was the best we've had at an all-inclusive. Especially since the resort lets you eat anywhere on the property or at the other Pueblo Bonita resorts.
“We Shall Return”
Charming. Sophisticated. Understated elegance. Incredible value. Great service. Romantic. Quiet. Cool building architeture, landscape architecture and interior design. Careful attention to detail. Long secluded beach - ridiculously beautiful. Amazing nightly sunsets. Warm focused staff. Away from the Cabo hustle and bustle, but just a short cab ride if you want it. Good food; beachy drinks. Allow one or two more days than you are planning to stay, otherwise you'll be like us - wishing you were still there.
“Fantastic location and food”
The setting on the beach was fabulous. Our room was close to the beach, pools, restaurants, and bars. The food was fantastic. Really enjoyed having supper outside in the pool area. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pools and service was excellent.
