“Great Hotel”

Very satisfied with hotel the only problem is that is it is located right at a major interstate( 405) and you can hear the cars i"m a very light sleeper but I was so tired that didn't bother me. Staff was very friendly. Parking Free which others charge $18.00 or more.Shuttle service to LAX Airport and major car rental on the next street .Very Clean rooms

“not good for airport Hotel”

I wanted to stsy close to the airport as i had to catch a flight early the next morning. you have to ring the shuttle to pick you up and then it can take up to 1/2h before they arrive. After all that the van has the name of the old Hotel name on it so unless you know it impossible to spot!!!! So be aware. Hotel was otherwise ok. Next time I stay on a mainstream hotel with regular shuttle pick up.

“Good hotel relation cost / benefit”

Good hotel, comfortable room. Free internet, parking and breakfast are the best characteristics of this place. i would definitly return to this hotel

“Not bad at all”

Room a little bit small but all in all pretty good. Breakfast is good and has good service. When we checked in the guy in duty looks tired and was not very welcoming, hardly smiled and his answers were short and gave the feeling he doesn't want to be bothered.

“Close to airport”

The hotel was nice, but not without a few negatives. Although the listing said shuttle service was complimentary, the hotel would not pick me up at midnight, which was rather disappointing. Also, it must be off the beaten track because the cab driver I had take was not familiar with the hotel. I guess if you have an early flight, this could all be avoided.

“Great hotel to overnight at”

I agree with the reviews that recommend this hotel. It was close to the airport and rental car return (Enterprise), but I am glad that I kept my car until the next morning as there weren't any restaurants nearby (and the neighbourhood is somewwhat iffy) and the shuttle does not operate on weekend morning. Not having to pay for parking was also a bonus. I will most definitely stay there again on my next visit. The remodeling by Wyndham was great.

“Will be nice when renovation is done. Just OK for now.”

Really good location for LAX. The hotel staff suggested and excellent restaurant and the hotel van dropped us off and then came to pick us up after dinner. The hotel was in the middle of an extensive renovation and things were a mess. The room was confortable but needed upgrading. Make sure you find out the schedule for the van to LAX. We didn't and it put us behind. Overall the stay was confortable.

Area recommendations
If you have time its about an hour with the LA system to the Reagan Library. Nice drive out of the city.
