“Low Energy”

Did I catch them on an 'off' day or did they quit trying? I stayed here last month and had a positive experience but no one seemed to care one if I stayed or not. Great location although I may not go back.

“Westin @ LAX”

Nice hotel, although once I got there, a charge was added to room for "incidentals" that I was bit expecting. With that and the cost to park your vehicle be prepared to fish out extra money per day... Your best bet is to contact the hotel to find out how much that will be per day. I was not expecting to dish out that extra money at the time if check in.....

“Westin”

It was a great stay for the great deal. Entire hotel had nice fresh smell, and quiet except the check out time some guests were pretty loud in hallway.

“Love this hotel!”

Great location - so close to LAX! Hotel is quiet, extremely clean, comfortable, great amenities ( Westin Workout). Definitely a great deal for the price!

“Mold in Bathrooms.”

Mold was evident in the bathrroms, shower stall corners. We tried two different rooms but same problem. Wife got sick.

Area recommendations

using LAX, so that area/neighborhood. Otherwise, do not stay here.

Only one restaurant in the hotel and the service was extremely slow.

“Not impressed at all!”

This hotel staff is not friendly and the room was dirty. The check in counter staff never bothered to talk abut the room preferences etc. We have stayed in Westin on Long Beach and our experience was different. We do not want to stay here again.

Area recommendations

There are many hotels which are available at very attractive price and decent. We would recommend Four Point, Hayyat, and Marriott.

“Good Hotel”

“Not up to Weston Standards”

Room smelled stale and slightly musty. Paint was heavily chipped on a lot of the trim and moulding. Even with AC on high, jets taking off were loud enough to be anoying trying to fall asleep. Simply not up to the standards of other Weston hotels.

“Very nice place”

I stayed at the Westin LAX for a business trip/confrence. The hotel is right near the airport with shuttle so it was very convient. The staff were quite friendly and helpfull with a very good knoweldge of the area. The room was quite comfortable with a nice view. The hotel has a bar and grill which is a little expensive however there are some cheaper dining options in the immedite area. My only real complaint was that the cable would commonly lose signal on several channels. Overall very nice place to stay with great access into LA.

Area recommendations

I definetly have to reccomend little toyko. As a big fan of asian culture it was nice to see such a fun area in a convinent location just down the street from union station. You won't find an area in LA with better japanese dinning and shopping.
