“Love being on the marina!”

Marina del Rey is a short, easy drive from the airport, so a great choice if you are getting in late. Not a bad drive to downtown. And a quick hop to Santa Monica for shopping on Montana and coffee at Luxxe. I love the peaceful atmosphere on the marina and the walking/jogging trail right along the water. The room was great. Very comfortable and clean with a partial view of the marina. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The patio is a great place for a sunset cocktail. Fitness center was very clean and pleasant. Spa is closed.

“A first rate hotel get-away.”

Right on the water, so make sure you can see the Marina from your room. We were able to view the beautiful sunrise with the watercraft in the marina, breathtaking view. First rate service and amenities too.

“LOVE this HOTEL!”

We stay here every chance we get. Great location, comfortable rooms. The package deals they offered for this weekend wre great - free valet parking and breakfast for two. Can't beat it! We used our Expedia points and had a FANTASTIC weekend!

“Best Hotel I Have Ever Stayed At”

This hotel offered more in the way of personalization, comfort, professionalism, and friendliness that I had expected or experienced in all my travels. I love this hotel. The view was wonderful. The people were friendly and very kind. I can't say enough good things about my stay. I love it there and will be staying there when I return.

“Convenient to LAX”

“bad business”

we were staying at this hotel because we had always enjoyed it, and it is convenient to our daughter at LMU. this weekend was my wife's birthday, and when we arrived the hotel informed us that we would not be able to use the pool due to a charity event - that they somehow didn't know about and didn't inform guests until after arrival.

“Ritz Carlton”

Always a pleasure to be taken care of at a Ritz Carlton. great room, very nice staff. I would have liked a better choice for in room dining options. somewhat limited menue. with that said i was offered the house car to go out and get what ever i wanted.

“Very traditional hotel”

The best feature of this hotel is the fitness center which has almost all the equipment that one can get from their local fitness center. The steam room was an added bonus. Valet parking was a little slow on getting my car. The staff was wonderful.

Area recommendations

This is a great location if you want to hang at Venice Beach, go to the Beverly center, rodeo drive and hollywood. All spots were within 30minutes of hotel.

Outdoors or beach

Right on Marina Del Rel, very close to Venice Beach. Go to The Warehouse and Killer Shrimp's ( to eat) which are within walking distance of the hotel.
