“Excellent in every single respect”

A perfect three day stay! Even though the room was not yet inspected, and we had to wait a few minutes, we were treated to drinks in the bar. I have not stayed here for a number of years, and was surprised to find the hotel in excellent condition and the staff and service absolutely perfect. Used the spa and was very happy with the services and staff there too. I ate breakfast in the hotel dining room three days in a row and the food was also excellent. Spent one day at the pool, it was nearly empty, but the service was again excellent. The prices are on the high side, but since everything went so well, I feel it was well worth the cost. I think it's the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel that there wasn't some issue. Very relaxing and next time in LA I will be back at the Peninsula.

“very nice hotel”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Peninsula. The staff was very courteous, the grounds/room well kept, and the amenities were nice as well. While the price is steep, considering the location, it was worth it.

“Better then Four Seasons BW for sure...”

Good service, good rooms, good ambiance...We were very satisfied, other than the valet service. After three nights in Peninsula, we also stayed one night in Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire. Peninsula is definetely the better choice with the better rooms and better service quality.

“Outstanding service”

Whether it's at the front desk, at the pool, with a valet, hostess, concierge, or housekeeping, everyone here takes the time to make sure you enjoy your stay. They work hard at it, and it shows. The facilities are in excellent condition, the rooms impeccable and comfortable. Having just returned, I can't remember the last time I was that relaxed or enjoyed myself as much. I will be booking another stay as soon as possible.

“The Perfect Beverly Hills Experience”

The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills is wonderful!The room was beautifully decorated with warm and elegant furniture and fabrics. Service is impeccable. It was truely a dream hotel and" the perfect Beverly Hills experience." They make you feel like a star.It's well located, just a few blocks from Rodeo Drive ( easy to walk to), and Neiman's and Saks just around the corner. Sprinkles cupcakes is on the way.

“LA Best hotel”

The Peninsula Beverley Hills is a hotel that we have now stayed at 5 times, and the service never stops amazing us. The rooms are clean and no ask is to big from either conceirge or house keeping.
