“Great base for Los Angeles”

We had a great stay at the Grafton, enjoyed the room, the pool, the restaurant and the friendly service. I've seen past reviews suggesting the service is not good,either these reviews are wrong, or the hotel has addressed the problem, because all staff were friendly and helpful.

“Totally disappointed by this Secret Hotel Deal”

We signed up for one of Expedia's secret hotel deals for a West Hollywood hotel which was only £1 cheaper per person per night. We were given the Grafton on Sunset, which had surly and distinctly cold reception staff, a room with broken lights, hair in the shower from the last guests, not enough towels for our needs, and a delightful view of a brick wall. The only positive about this stay was location, but I knew that when I selected it, as this was not my first stay in W. Hollywood, but definitely will be the last at this hotel. In summary a hotel definitely to be avoided, and I would say the secret room deal too, as I believe our service may have been as a result of this!
