Terrible, dissapointing hotel.

It was very different what I saw on the internet. I was very ashamed that I used this hotel with my family. I woudn't recommand and never want to use this hotel again.

considering it is under renovation, the room was hot electrical thermostat for a/c was outdated,carpet needs deep cleaning for freshness.

Ridiculous price for the quality of room..

Everything is under construction and rooms are very outdated. Very expensive for the return you get. AC system is a joke.. Controls are like from the 1950's.. Only great things is that is close to evrything and bed is confortable. Other than that not worth it.. Also who charges for wi-fi any more? Really

I booked a room with 2 double beds and recieved a room with 1 king bed - they said it was because Expedia booked it wrong - either way the room was wrong and the situation didn't get rectified. I am not happy with Expedia or Sheraton and don't think I'll be using either one again in the near future.

A very comfortable stay

Pros: The room was clean and the atmosphere was professional. Also I enjoyed talking to the employees as well as they were very enjoyable people.
Cons: One problem I had was with the lack of reliable internet connection this hotel had, especially the lobby.
Location: Luckily this place was right near the metro line so I was able to get everywhere I needed with little effort. Also this place was near many stores.
Overall the stay was very nice and I had a wonderful time here. My only problems with the service was the fact that it took a bit longer than I was told to get my room. However since the problem was corrected very hastily I do recognize the professionalism this hotel possesses. Also I had problems with the wifi in this building at the lobby so eventually I had to go to a Starbucks downtown in order to finally check my emails. But this hotel was both comfortable and enjoyable so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in LA.

Nice hotel in a good location

Pros: Spacious, comfortable room
Major renovations are going on, but I didn't find that it diminished the quality of my stay. My review would have been 4 or 5 stars if not for one major problem we encountered. On our second night the adjoining room was taken up by someone who had young children and a crying baby. The kids were out of control, yelling and banging into the door and walls. Some credit to the staff here as they promptly addressed the problem and the children (at least) were no longer an issue that night. However, it started back again, especially the baby crying, and got really bad on our fourth night. Ultimately, I found the service in this situation very lacking.They assured us repeatedly that it would be taken care of, but it wasn't. In the end we had a $40 room service fee comped for our troubles, an insult in my opinion. So I'd say you're most likely to have a good stay here, but with a little bad luck you could have an experience equivalent to mine for which the staff will not come through for you.

Does not worth the cost!!!

Apart from the hotel location no other good things about this hotel. For the hight price paid - no Breakfast, no free wifi, no refrigerator, no microwave, no good ambience. On the whole the stay in this hotel is disappointing. I do not recommend this to anyone. Hotel is undergoing renovation it looks like cramped place to stay. Not sure the experience will change after renovation is completed.

Barely okay

The first 2 hours were just miserable in the heat. In order to stay cool they had to bring us a fan because the AC wasn't blowing hard enough due to the fact that their was construction behind the hotel.
