“Comfortable, clean and quiet, I love it!”

Room service ends at 11pm which is a bit early. But I love the spacious room we got. Very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I will stay here again next time I'm in town. Overall, I loved it!

“Business Travel”

This is a very nice Hotel and the rooms were very nice. However, I would not recommend the hotel resturant. Service was not great and food was just ok. If you stay here, go somewhere else to eat.

“Excellent location for LA County Fair”

Purpose of trip was to visit the LA County Fair. Excellent location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely return if visiting the Ponoma area.

“Fabulous after fair hangout!”

Great place to hang out after being at the fair all day. Room was roomy and could sleep 6 comfortably. A bit pricey for a single couple, but was worth every penny.

“Wonderful surprise!”

We were delighted with this hotel! The surrounding area is beautiful, the hotel itself is wonderful and upscale, and the suite rooms are so perfect!! We really had a great weekend visit in Pomona!

“And a great restaurant!!”

The hotel was lovely and the staff addressed you by name. Made you feel welcome and at home. The restaurant was a surprise - really tasty offerings. It seemed they had a bona fide chef in residence there. Ate all our meals there and invited our company to eat there as well.

“"Great Location"”

My main point is either Expedia or the hotel needs to be more consistent. Its not plesent when you spend the money and expext one thing and get another. The gal at the front desk was not real helpful. She just said if you booked directly through us that would not of happened. It only happens through third party booking. So just be aware. The best part was it was on the Fairplex property so you really didnt need to rent a car.

“Nice hotel I would stay there again”

The only complaint I can come up with is that the hotel was not even close to full and the room I was given faced out onto a roof with a horrible view. The area the hotel is located some rooms would have a very nice view if you are in a room on the upper floors faceing out towards the mountains. I would think the front desk staff would automatically put you in one of these rooms when the hotel is not very busy. On the other hand the hotel is well maintained and the room I had was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

“Fairground adjacent”

We stayed at this hotel specifically because we were attending the LA County Fair. Being able to access the fair through a gate right next to the hotel saved us oodles of time, walking, and money! Hotel is pet friendly, allowing us to take our dog with us. Being that it is a pet-friendly hotel, I would expect an area set aside to take my dog to go potty, but either there were none, or no one informed me of one. Also, the bathroom smelled like mildew, which makes me question my decision to shower in there. We decided to stay a second night, which we were lucky they were able to accommodate us, but when I asked about a special plan on their home web page that showed that you could join a club and get 40% off your second night, the person checking me in at the front desk didn't know about the program.
