“This is the Motel I'll use when visiting LA”

This is a nice place to stay, close to downtown, and convient to the freeway

“Great deal for the price”

If you're looking for a Motel 6 level stay, I'd think it would be hard to beat this place. Cheaper, cleaner, more convenient to downtown LA, this place met all my requirements and left me feeling satisfied for finding such a good deal.

“Nice place for the price paid”

I was visiting LA for 1 night, with my wife and little daughter. I was having some work in the downtown area, but since that is not a safe neighborhood, we decided to stay in the Chinatown (which is close to downtown). The hotel staff was really cooperative, room was decent for the price paid. Plus points of this place - safe neighborhood, decent and affordable price, close to downtown. The negatives - little odor in the room next morning that we experienced, parking little tough but hotel staff helped in finding one.

“VERY RUDE AND NOT NICE AT ALL THE CHINESE GUY IN THE FRONT DESK”

I CANT EVER EXPRESS MY DISSAPOINTMENT WITH THIS HOTEL, OF COURSE I DIDNT EXPECT A INCREDIBLE HOTEL FOR THE PRICE, WE WERE A GROUP OF 9 PEOPLE ( 4 ROOMS)THE CHINESE GUY WAS RUDE TO ALL OF US...LIKE IF WE WERE DOING A FAVOR TO STAY THERE...WE EXPECTED AT LEAST FRIENLDY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEAN TOWELS. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT HOTEL...EVER!!

“NOT CLEAN!”

NOT CLEAN! used soap, dirty towels with hair on them, dirty floors, definately don't trust bedding. Reserved a king and was supposed to be guaranteed. Got a standard full instead for the same price! Very unsatisfied.

There is NOwhere to park in this town. all they have is 5 to 10 dollar parking lots. Bus is only source of transportation unless you want to pay 5 bucks for parking to go to the store, etc.

“Pretty Good”

Stayed in LA for 5 days and it was good. It was a reasonable price and staff was very nice. It's close to everything which was helpful. Neighborhood is safe. Cant complain for the price. Better than I expected.

“Comfortable convenient location, good value”

The Motel was ideal for me as I was staying a couple of days in LA for a conference. I could get around easily by using bus or metro train services. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very relaxed place.

“Great for the price especially since there is parking!”

For the price this is a great place to stay. Easy off the highway, small parking lot, but they will make space for you if it fills up. The floors were wood, not carpet, which was great. The room was small with a extra large closet. It was clean and totally served the purpose. Plus being in China Town area, the building its self was cool.
