Good price for a specious room (We stayed in one-bedroom deluxe apartment). Quiet & reasonably clean. Kind & helpful staff. Plenty of outlets where you need them. Well equipped room with modern & functional design. Just wish the shower room closure was a bit higher for taller people.

Had a good stay at the property. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The windows are quite thin and you can hear everything going on in the parking lot at night so would request a room on the other side of the hotel. Might be more quiet.

The carpet was so unclean and GREASY it was like a stove-top after grilling 75 hamburgers. They forced me to pay for Valet parking at $15 a day then required me to tip $10 everytime I needed my car. Restaurant was called "fine Chinese " but was just regular fare at outrageous prices. I realize all of L.A. is in a humanitarian crisis, but the neighborhood was very unsafe and scary... bare in mind I'm a 275lb MMA fighter and even I was nervous. Would not stay here if you are a woman. No grocery and no restaurants which looked clean enough to not get food poisoning. I literally drove to Studio City to eat and shop. I wish I could get a refund.

Very unfriendly. Parking fee is charged separately. I feel very bad. The mattress is old. The furniture is old and I feel bad. I feel bad that I even have to pay for parking.

This hotel is located in a relatively walkable area, its clean & staff members are friendly. At this price point it’s probably the best option to consider. My only issue was the carpeting in the room, it had a wierd feeling/texture to it that made it uncomfortable to walk on.

The hotel staff was so friendly and supportive. The valet parking facility was helpful. neighborhood is safe and quiet with access to rideshares and dining places nearby. fast access to downtown LA and attractions. room was clean and comfortable.

i been using rotex for many years .. reason for me to comeback whether its business or personal trip it is very privacy and convenience.. i could just park my car and check in .. if i want to go dinner or shopping i could just drive my car and come back .. now with new management.. $15 per night for parking. besides.raise the price and made things very inconvenience.. whatever the reason it making me think twice about coming back,,,

It was better than I expected. Awesome location if you want to be close to the Korea Town. Friendly staff. Could use blackout drapes and updated decor. Bring some extension plugs as it doesn’t have enough wall plugs in the right locations. Valet parking only but reasonable in price.

The service and friendliness of staff are excellent. Although the hotel is out-of-date but the staff managed to make our stay enjoyable. We were able to relax peacefully during our busy weekend. We appreciate the service provided by the staff.
