“Great Hotel”

The rooms looked excellent and clean. It had everything you need in the kitchen as well. I was very impressed with the room and loved the breakfast in the mornings. We had an hour wait when we checked in because the person at the desk had to work something out with expedia because she couldn't get us in the system since she needed a payment to go through. That required a lot of back and forth calls which was a little obnoxious, but after the initial check-in everything was great.

“Great Option for families and couples”

I really enjoyed this property. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The full kitchen was great. My only negative comment is they are stingy on the amenities (ie. in-room coffee, shampoo, towels, lotion, etc). We had to ask for everything and it made it very inconvenient.

“Great Service, Great Breakfast”

Only complaint-suite was a little smaller than it looked online. But the service was great, it was clean, and the breakfast was great! We will book again!

Staff was always available and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed, clean, and quiet. Security staff on site at night at the entry to the parking lot.

“Yery comfortable”

A pleasant and comfortable stay for the price. The breakfast room was a little crowded, but the food wass OK. The room itself was very pleasant.

“Not impressed”

The motel was undergoing renovations and my room was located beyond the large dumpster with trash inside. I had to walk over and around construction trash to reach my room each day. The hotel is located in a depressed area without the benefit of a resturant nearby that was within walking distance. The office provided minimal food selection at exhorbitant prices. The location was near my work site within two blocks but I felt uncomfortable walking the distance in this neighborhood. The desk personnel were helpfull and the morning breakfast menu was adequate. I will not b e staying at this location in the future and would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of dining venues in a safe environment.

Area recommendations

Marriot Hotel at the airport which has several dining venues within the hotel. The business traveler is treated with respect and given shuttle priviledges to and from work venues within a reasonable distance. This priority given to detail for business travelers is definately a plus. My business travels to this region will be monthly over an extended period of time and I will book the Marriot Hotel near the airport for all future stays.

Must see

Queen Mary and dining a board this beautiful ship is a rare treat. I took my 83 year old mother along and she was able to migrate the ship without any problems.

“I would highly reccomend this condo style hotel to everyone.”

Nice and clean inside and out. I would stay at this location again. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding along with a fully stocked kitchen. Night security in parking lot. Excellent free continental breakfast. This is a condo style hotel that had it all.
