“Beautiful hotel with very minor issues”
Stayed 6 nights at this beautiful hotel. Overall we were very happy however there was a little let down with our room blinds not being able to fully shut therefore letting in light every morning so if you want a sleep in it probably won't happen. The beds are the best we have ever slept in, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was very big compared to most and the dual sinks are very nice with lots of room for hair and make up products etc. The floor we were on was able to hear loud music from below I assume the pool or restaurant, we just turned the tv up but it may annoy some people that are light/early sleepers. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. Overall a great stay!!
“It's the best hotel in LA”
Charming and glamorous and classy hotel. Cannot miss it
“Perfect!”
Matched and exceeded our expectations in almost every area.
“Great Hotel”
Very nice hotel. The only complaint I have is the outside noise of sirens all night which isn't the hotels fault. I was very impressed with how courteous everyone was. Great job to everyone there.
“Great Hotel!”
Everything is just great! Just became my favorite hotel!
“Great hotel”
The Good This hotel is in a great location. The staff was very attentive and nice. The room was a little small, but comfortable and my wife loved the bed. The bad This hotel was supposed to have room wi-fi. It did, but it was so slow that it made the experience useless. I mean like 5 minutes to load one web page slow. So typically i would go down to the lobby where it worked fine. This was one of the reasons i picked this hotel, so i was disappointed. You are also forced to use valet parking. This will add a chunk to the price of your stay pee day. It was a nice service, but there is no option....other than parking at the street and taking your chances. The restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. Overall I did enjoy this hotel. The service, location and experience was great. I would consider staying there again. The lack of functional wi-fi was an annoyance, but one i coud work around.
“perfect hideaway”
Absolute perfection for two days. Rooms are pristine and comfortable, super clean and bright. Restaurant is spectacular with perfect representation of the original Harry's Bar iconic menu items. Hotel is posh without being high-luster....very understated, lovely, with everyone treated well. Can't overstate this last point - have stayed in other 5 stars in LA and often faux celebrities get better treatment and tables. At Mr. C, everyone is treated like royalty, without any fawning fanciness. Old-fashioned A+ quality hotel LA really needs. If you can't get to Europe, this is the perfect answer for a weekend getaway (The only addition would be RAI television....!)
“Friendliest staff around!”
Extremely attentive staff at every level! Room service was the fastest I've ever received.....and delicious I might add! Neighborhood feel, but within walking distance to Rodeo Drive, coffee shops, high end restaurants (besides the one on site!) I took my 16 year old daughter here for her birthday celebration and we had a blast! Cabs were at the hotel within seconds, it's hard to imagine that our experience could have been any better!
“As good as the Four Seasons, for 1/2 the pri”
Excellent all around
“Great Service, nice area, some errors”
Overall great hotel, nice location, deco very upscale. Do not pay the rack rate. There was a few problems, bathroom very small, they did not leave toilet amenities, the sink was not draining properly and the light son the balcony never turn off. Beside that, people very friendly and awesome views of the valley.
