“Good value”

Moderate price, convenient location. The room was comfortable and the airport noise wasnt bad. Tried two of the eateries: good food, pleasant environments, good service. Overall a pleasant surprise.

“It's awesome!”

I have stayed at the Marriot LAX for a convention three years in a row. I LOVE the place. ALL of the employees are genuinely friendly and helpful. It's clean and the rooms have luxurious bedding. My room has always been quiet. The Starbucks/lobby area is a very attractive and inviting place to "hang out." FIVE STARS!

“Needs to improve in front desk and management service”

We had very poor service at front desk, telephone device did not work, internet charges are high and do not respect the Marriott Rewards program if purchase is done through Expedia. Please let me know if you can help me get credit of my point rewards for this stay purchased through Expedia?

“Convenient for travellers”

We found this hotel to be very mindful of travellers needs, ie we arrived very early after a long flight and requested an early check in, since they had rooms available they allowed us into our room with an extra charge. We chose to stay near the airport for our own convenience and this hotel fitted the bill for us.

“Extremely pleased”

Stayed overnight after 14 hour flight before taking our connecting flight home. Everybody was really warm, helpful, friendly. Room was great, very clean and comfortable, excellent bed. Had the Sunday Brunch which was well worth it. It's a few minutes from the airport, so the surrounding location was other hotels, but we booked it for the convenience and we were exhausted, so didn't bother to go out and explore around. Would return without question.
