Lovely hotel in the middle of beautiful Valencia, we've stayed here 3 times and the only thing we didn't love was a little construction around the pool area, no big deal!

The floors were not clean. There was dried old noodles on the floor when we checked in and stayed there for our whole stay and the room was constantly dusty. The room service trays of other guest and ourselves were in the hallway for 11 hours. The towels were ripped and the bedding was old and flat- the down was all gone and the bedding felt like hospital beds. The hallway entry table at the elevator had the same trash on it for our week stay and was dusty and dirty. There was no service by the fire place due to staffing and the outside tables were dirty and the canopy’s were torn and dirty. We have been staying here multiple times a year for years now because we have family in Valencia and I’m sad to say this was our last stay. This place has taken a huge dive from its height in the early 00 and it needs a deep clean and staffing support. We paid 175 a night for a week stay and do not feel it was money well spent.

I enjoyed the self parking option they had. They had a nice pool/hot tub area. There are plenty of places to eat across the street and throughout the area where the hotel is. I also like that there was a little convenience store in the lobby with a complimentary microwave to use. The staff was very kind and everything was clean!

By far the most disgusting experience ever. The first room had pee all over the floor in the bathroom. Then they changed me to a room where the cover on top of the mattress under the sheets was dirty with hair, public hair, and other stuff. Never will I stay here again.

Loved almost everything about this stay! Very helpful Doorman when needed, parking was great, beautiful lobby and very sweet staff. Bar hours were extremely short and ended at 9:30pm. We had a large party and it would have been nice to hang at the hotel bar for a night. The hallways to our room had the same pieces of small tissues on the floor for the 5 days we were there. Our room was not the cleanest. The toilet was broken when we arrived but was fixed in a timely manner. The tub did leak a lot and was addressed by staff. Overall it was a beautiful hotel with good staff service, it just needed more attention to cleanliness.

Very nice hotel, large well equiped room with opening balcony door for fresh air. Excellent in room AC/Heat that is quiet and simple to operate. Nice location, close to walking or bicycling trails, easy car access from Freeway but removed enough to be quiet. Highly recommended facility

Great property and rooms. Centrally located to great restaurants and shopping. Most are within walking distance. Loved that the property was quiet and had a large restaurant and bar.
