“Terrible”
Booked hotel because of reviews, and I won't ever bring my family back to this hotel. Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel and it is an embarrassment to the Ramada Hotel Chain. Free Breakfast had absolutely no fruit and had only bread, and on top of it all you had to eat the food in the freezing cold breakfast room and you can't just get the food and take it back to your room, Which really made my stay ridicious. The hotel shuttle was FREE and that was the only good part. We only stayed for a few hours in the room to rest and the TV was broken, and I brought this up to the hotels attention and they said there was nothing they could do about the problem. Don't stay here stay somewhere more polite and cleaner with a more friendly staff.
“not so nice”
room had mouldy smell, bedding was not that clean. Advertises breakfast from 6.30 to 10am, we showed up at the breakfast room at 9.30am to find it locked. Close to basic stores and restaurants. Staff were polite.
“Good price and location.. but needs maintenance”
I stayed in a another Ramada hotel which was much better, i was expecting the same quality but the conditions of the rooms was not good.. Well for the price you pay the hotel is ok.
“limited Internet service”
The ad says free Internet, but you have to pay to print out a boarding pass. Noisy street.
“I would go there again”
The hotel was pretty good. This place is good as far as budget hotels go. I was satisfied because they have free parking, breakfast, and Wi-fi included in the price. I was worried about this place because of some of the other reviews I saw about cleanliness and the neighborhood but after my stay I'm happy to report that my room was clean and the neighborhood was fine. The hotel is located near an airport so naturally it's not the swankiest place but it certainly is not bad at all. In terms of the accommodations in the room they are pretty outdated. The television is an old school tube television and the channels were limited (it did have 3 HBO channels though - which is what everyone watches at hotels anyway). The room was very large and spacious which I really liked. The staff were fine. I didn't have any negative or positive feelings about them; they did their job and were not intrusive at all. Overall, I would stay here again if they price were the same or less. This place is good for a three night visit and I'm satisfied with my stay.
“Close to meeting all the basic short stay needs.”
The room is spacious, with sofa bed and refrigerator. Very quiet a/c ventilator system. It fits all my basic needs. It is conveniently located on Century Boulevard, short dirving distance to shopping and restaurants, and the LA Internaitonal Airport. In-house breakfast is below minimum standard, no dry cereals and coffee is very blend but a good breakfast restaurant is only few blocks away.
“not impressed”
they don't have a shuttle to go to the airport after 11:30am it is unfair because almost all the flights that we usually have is between 7pm -- midnight.....
“Good for Overnight between flights”
We use this hotel to stay overnight between flightsa couple of times a year. Airport shuttle and a basic breakfast are included. You have to phone for the airport pickup and this can take time. Return trip to the airport is pre booked. The bed is comfortable and the room is reasonably clean. Good value for the price and close to the airport.
“It's okay -- but needs some maintenance!”
The linens were always clean and fresh. The carpeting needs cleaned badly - don't walk around barefoot! The only working electrical outlets were for the tv, air-conditioner, and coffee pot. Outlets accessible on the wall were practically falling out of the wall. Coffee pot needed cleaned or replaced - sure wouldn't make coffee in it in current condition. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was basics - nothing fancy - and the toaster needed to be replaced. Inside the hotel courtyard things were secure, but this hotel isn't located in the "best" area of town. Don't walk the streets at night! - but then that's a lot of the LA area.
“Great Hotel, Great Location, at a Great Price”
This Hotel was at a great price. I love the location because it's close to the airport and not far from the Highway. I love the parking because it's not on the street or out in the open. The have free breakfast and internet service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room are big and clean. I had a Queen size bed and it sleeps well. No problems in checking in or out. I had a great stay at this hotel.
