“Worst stay ever”

This place was the worst stay I've ever had. Random fire alarms going off at 7AM, intermittently all day. Jackhammering. Dust. We were not advised of the extent of the renovations, and were only told that small parts of the hotel were under construction. Would not recommend. There was no compensation, and the noises were awful.

“Close to My Meeting”

The hotel was clean and neat. The room and bathroom were in good condition. I saw one small stain on one pillowcase and the bathroom tub had small area of leftover dirt I guess from cleaning, but overall I was pleased. The parking in LA is a doozy! They only have valet for $30 a night. There is no street parking nearby. I needed to be at CBS by 8:30am and this place was fairly close and cheap.

“not impressed”

pretty old fashioned, floor in room looked very dirty,overnight parking fee is pretty high and I got charged twice (needed to let them know)

“Attention non-car owners”

The hotel was in a state of refurbishment whilst I was there (to become a Hilton group hotel). The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors wishing to tour LA without a car. The walk to Hollywood Highland is only 7-10 minutes away, the route feels safe as it is well-lit and busy. I am sure the hotel will be extremely desirable once the refurbishment is complete. “Hollywood Heights Horror Story”

Bad service, dirty room, slow restaurant service, bad food, noise all night, closed fitness facility and pool. What more is there to say?

“best hotel with the best price to go to an event at the hollywood bowl, only a block and a half”

didn't have one problem with getting a hotel with expedia and my stay at the hotel. it was a perfect day in every aspect of my travel.

Area recommendations

went to a concert at the hollywood bowl and it was walking distance to the venue and i was going to have a few alcohol drinks and didn't want to be driving that evening. over all the event and evening went excellent know i was a block and a half from my holtel.

“Exceptional front desk service and location. Would go back!”

The front desk’s staff were exceptional in all their dealings. Based on the price, the condition of the hotel is more than fair. Great location and size of room. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

“Really Unsatisfied”

The staff was slow and rude they charge you 30 dollars to park your car because valet is to busy hanging out somewhere else. The room looks nothing like it did in the pictures everything in the hotel is dated and and looks like somebody partied and destroyed everything in it the furniture looks like termites have gotten to it. some hobos live there too im pretty sure. The hotel spent all there money on there terrible cafe. Also there were no robes lighting in the rooms is florescent and just down right looks like and feels like a $40 dollar motel just overpriced . TRUST ME SPEND THE EXTRA CASH THIS PLACE TERRIBLE HOTEL, DISGUSTING IN MANY WAYS !!!! Also the clock radio didnt work and the hotel smelled like an old folks home.

“Great staff, great location”

The Hollywood Heights hotel is a great place to stay in LA. The location is fantastic, the hotel is clean and comfortable and great value for money. However it's the staff at the hotel that really make it a great place to stay. They are friendly, extremely helpful and always ready with grea tips on how to enjoy LA the most. We'd definitely stay here again!
