Starting with the Valet parking on the first day and arriving at an impeccably appointed room and spending Tuesday through Sunday, every detail, breakfast, was very well done.
The Front Office Manager, David Hall, who seemed to be on duty 24/7 was as efficient as he was gracious about any and all requests.
My room was very clean, very nicely appointed. The bathroom was always spotlessly cleaned.
My WiFi worked well too.

We went on vacation. I was looking for a hotel with an indoor pool. This hotel has a lot of character. Yes it's old but very well preserved and cared for. This hotel does NOT smell old. It looked awesome. You will marvel at the ceilings, walls and doors. I went back in time where the movie stars went to the Oscars. Loved it. Location was excellent, close to beaches and close to touristy activities
This is an old ship, so it is not "bright and shiny" like a new Hilton. But the step back in time to a much more elegant era was a wonderful experience. My only regret is that I was on business and cold not extend my stay. I wanted to do so mor more exploring and learning about the amazing Queen.
The food and service impeccable and the front staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I cannot imagine staying anywhere else if I am in the Long Beach area again!

The hotel has an amazing combination of old charm with new facilities and impeccable service. The staff was very accommodating to our 15 month infant and especially the manager Brandon and the valets Mike and Chris. Overall amazing experience and will come back again.
