“Beautiful hotel and great staff!”
I was happy with EVERYTHING ( except the $18 a day parking fee. That's the only thing I wasn't happy with.

overall satisfaction
“Excellent value”
My family and I spent Thanksgiving in the LA area and attended the LA Auto Show. We chose to stay at Hilton North Glendale since I had stayed there before. The location is excellent - very close to Pasadena and relatively close to Hollywood/Burbank area. And thanks to Thanksgiving, the traffic to downtown LA was light. The underground parking at the hotel was convenient, but I never understood how hotels in the LA (and the rest of the metro areas in CA) get away with charging an extra $18+ per night for self-parking. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and the food was very good. The fitness center has plenty of equipment and machines. My only complaints about the room would be the weak water pressure of the shower (we stayed at one of the lower floors too) and the smallish TV, especially since this is a 4-diamond rated hotel by AAA.
“Pretty good but there is room for improvement”
I stayed at the Hilton Glendale for a weekend while attending a workshop in the area. Pick up from the Burbank airport was a piece of cake and once we arrived at the hotel check-in was a breeze. We had a room with double full/queen size beds and the mattress, bedding, pillows were awesome. Room was a good size, clean bathrooms, well decorated and overall very nice. The location of the hotel is great too, we were withing walking distance of the main strip where all the restaurants and night life is located not to mention the Glendale City Center which is the mall. I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton but like I said, there is room for improvement. First I was a little put off that there isn't complimentary wi-fi for all guest. In my room there was a card that said wi-fi was free for HH members and another 'elite' group Hilton guest. I don't want to be upcharged 12.95 just to for access to wi-fi for a few minutes to an hour. Lame. Also I would've liked to see some sort of continental breakfast in the morning as part of our stay. Other guest from our workshop who stayed at the Embassy Suites said they had a nice continental breakfast as part of their stay. I would of like that for the convenience if nothing else. Overall I did enjoy my stay at the Hilton but I may try other hotels in the area that are comparable in the future.
“Comfortable, tasty, but pricy”
$ 18 for a guest parking outside city center is too much. Room service turned out to be 2 times more expensive than advertised
“Convenient”
Great location to nearby studios and gardens! Clean room, professional and courteous staff!
“will stay in same hotel if I have visits/ business in the same area.”
I was not informed that Breakfast was not included in my package. I strongly suggest that Expedia high light that item on thier web bnefore confirming booking.
“dont feel it lived up to Hilton name.”
What is a refreshment center? Why no refrigerator?? Bkfst was excellent. Why no coffee shop?
“Great hotel!!”
I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The beds are clean and very comfortable. The room was spotless. Also I had called the front desk mult times for different things and each time someone came within 10 minutes. I called and asked for extra cream for the coffee maker and someone came right away. The toliet plugged and maint. was ther right away. We asked for directions at the desk and got them right away. Everyone was really nice! You park in a parking garage. We always found a spot. There are so many places to eat in the area that we did not eat at the hotel so I can't comment on that. Universal Studios is a short distance away. The only thing bad about LA is that no matter what time you go out or come back the freeways are always packed and always have a delay. But as far as the hotel I stay again in a heartbeat!!!!!!!
“Girls trip!”
The staff of the Hilton couldn't have made us feel more welcome!!!
