“No problems”

The hotel is very convenient location for downtown L.A., had helpful and polite staff and was comfortable, but it's nothing special.

“Excellent Hotel with ignorant staff”

The hotel has excellent location and excellent rooms and lobby and bar. There was only one glitch, we were ill advised by the staff, a"ll local cost US$1.25/-". But when we looked at our bill there were two calls costing US$14/- and US$26/-. They were both to a phone in US. Still don't have an explanation for that.
