“good location”
Good location in Glendale. walking distance to restaurants movie theater coffee shops Barnes and Nobel's, Easy to get to from Airports. Rooms reasonably prices. Not really maintained as well as they could be.
“Golden Key Hotel Review”
We spent one night in Golden Key Hotel last week. Hotel service was very bad, our phone was ringing all night every 15-20 minutes. We contacted front desk and they told us they couldn't help until the next morning. We went to have breakfast in the cafeteria at 9.00 am (they were open until 10.00 am) and nothing was there, no tea, no milk, no pastries, the sink didn't work, and the seating area was very dirty. When we went to the front office they told us that they will bring more food, but they never did. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

“Great location”
Almost attached to the Americana, great location. The hotel was old but well cleaned. Only had 3 towels in room with 2 queen beds which made the morning for 4 people more difficult. Also, several motorcycles at hotel, one which warmed up his/her motorcycle from 5-5:15 on a Sunday morning! No one from the hotel asked them to quiet down. The next motor cycle warmed up from 7-7:15. It continued over the next few hours with a few more motorcycles.
“Will stay there again”
Older hotel but very clean. Wonderful area to stay in. The mall is close by and plenty of places to eat. We called the front desk twice with requests and they got our requests fulfilled very quickly. Everyone there was helpful. I do plan on staying there again.
“super clean”
I was so impressed with the upkeep of this hotel. Being an older, two star Hotel, I expected less, but was happily surprised by the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, and the friendly, efficient and very professional staff. My room was very quiet, too, regardless of the fact that construction was going onin the neighborhood. I chose this hotel due to its location-close to where the Cosmetolofy State Board exam is held. It was a great location, ten minute walk, but better yet, it turned out to be right next door to a beautiful mall, The Americana, and next to that, the Glendale Galleria mall. Definitely would recommend this Hotel.

Great location next to shopping and restaurants. Hotel needs a lot of TLC. Room was clean but worn out.

Hotel is almost everything thing you could want except the TV. Did a lot of reading since the channels are mostly local which gives you a boring down time . . . so come packed with a book if you want to stay here.

We had a comfortable stay on our business trip and we would stay again. We have stayed 4 other times before and will stay again.
“Fantastic Location and Good Price”
Absolutely great location!. Very nice staff. Older hotel but clean. Can walk to Glendale Galleria and Americana. Free trolley around Americana shopping area. Streetside vendors. Pond with water show. We walked to movie theater and Cheesecake Factory for dinner......again great location for the price.
