“Great Location, good value, nice bed”

I booked this hotel because I didn't want to stay at the hotel where my seminar was being held. This is much nicer and I had breakfast included. I didn't like that I had to pay for internet. That is just too bad that there has to be money made on a necessity for business travelers. The hide-a-bed needs to be upgraded to an air-inflate type that is available on the market. Overall, I have to give this top points for the value. The front desk staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. 5 stars to their service!

“It's OK to stay one night”

It's a good choice if you are on your way to somewhere having one night layover. Santa Monica central street with nice shops is 15-20 minutes away (TAXI would cost 45 US dollars) on weekends, might take longer during rush hours. Local Mall is 10 minutes away, would mot recommend. Breakfast could've been better. Hotel's restrant is good enough.

“Great deal”

This hotel was a great deal for us - we arrived back from Cuba via Mexico - which was a long day - to be greeted with complimentary cocktails and snacks from 5.30-7ish and then a lavish complimentary breakfast in the morning. The room was great with an enormous separate lounge. There's no view and the area is dull - but that goes with the fact that it's in the airport district. We had a day to kill so we could catch the bus for $1 down to Venice Beach from just across the road from the hotel. A great place to stay while you wait for your flight home.

“limo service from LAX kept us waiting over 40 minutes”

limo service picking up my wife and 5 year old son at LAX kept us waiting at night for over 40 minutes. I called the hotel twice and was told they'd take care of it. Eventually, we took a cab for he short ride.

“Happy overnight”

With an early morning flight the next day the Embassy Suites LAX North was a great option having shuttles running 24 hours a day. Even great having a breakfast buffet early enough to make an 8:00 AM flight.

“Really comfortable hotel”

Very nicely kept, comfortable beds in a quiet room, nice breakfast included plus a substantial happy hour. convenient shuttle from LAZ made it a very enjoyable stay.
