“Hollywood Hit”

Stayed with my 12 year old daughter in town for audition. Very nice staff. I HOP across street. Will stay again.

“Great location with a fantastic bed!”

Had a good stay here. The bed was so soft and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided. Continental breakfast was average and fine and the hotel is in a great location for walking to the Star Walk or Chinese Theatre etc.

“Excellent Location”

Really, a perfect location for the Gruaman's Chinese theater, Kodak Theater, Walk of Fame, Christmas Parade, Hop on Hop off tour bus. Easy walk to all. Excellent restaurant IHOP right across the street. Starbucks down the block. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Bagels, toast, dry cereals, excellent fruit, assortment of coffees. Room was abit tight, with only one chair, so hard to work at the computer at night. Bed was excellent! One flaw... the TV reception AWFUL. CBS was snow most of the time or pixely, other stations very limited.

“Good spot for first time to LA”

I had no idea of where is good to stay in LA and picked this hotel from a couple of good reviews with limited local knowledge. it turned out to be perfect. It's not fancy pants by any stretch but it's a good spot close to the bustling centre of Hollywood Blvd, easy walk to plenty of shops and restaurants, and well placed to catch tour buses to different areas. The hotel itself was clean and small room was well appointed - I thought it was an excellent bargain. For those international travellers there is free wifi, which is a god send and very handy. front desk was also helpful when i had any questions. I'd definitely recommend this place for someone looking for a solid no fuss option at a good price.

Area recommendations
The Hollywood area is good for the first time visitor to LA who wants a quick overview of the place.

“Great hotel in the heart of Hollywood”

This is a great hotel if you're trying to look for something fairly cheap and clean. It's centrally located in the heart of Hollywood off of the Sunset strip. The staff and service was excellent.

“verrry small but clean rooms, great service, not a very nice area”

rooms were verry tiny , just enough room to fit a queen size bed and a tv , but very clean and great service. the area was not great at all , very close walk to Hollywood blvd but there are alot of homeless people near this hotel.. breakfast was good too

“Hotel was great”

we enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Close to all the Hollywood sights, and stores for shopping and a wide variety of places to eat
