Elevators out all weekend. Spent more time walking steps than resting. Whole place smells and is dirty. Staff was excellent but all they could do was apologize for the above and no one fixed the problems. Won’t stay there again.

Water pipes are really loud. when the person next to my room showered, the noise was so loud that woke me up. there was no shower curtain and that small glass door was not enough to keep the bathroom clean. water was everywhere when I finished taking a shower.

The location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. But the property is showing its age. We stayed there during renovations that disrupted the elevator service. There were long waits and big crowds trying to occupy the small elevator cabins. I’d prefer a more contemporary hotel with the latest amenities.

The room is nice, needs a slight update, but still. I stay here a lot. As in every eight weeks when I’m back in the area. Short walk to UCLA oncology. As a former resident of Studio City and thus the valley, this is well, the valley, and Sherman oaks is safe. Oh place has breakfast. I get the egg white dish. Very good. Servers are amazing.

This hotel is located next to the freeway. The rooms are dark and extremely noisy. It was hard to sleep with all the freeway noises. The staff were accommodating. There was parking for $24 a night. There is a restaurant on the premises with a limited menu.

Overall it was fine and close to the freeway. But for some reason, you haven’t credited my stay in my Bonvoy points and you know my bonvoy number. That is very frustrating especially since I chose a Marriott for that purpose.

The hotel needs serious upgrades most especially the bathroom. It did not have a ventilation system so you need to keep the bathroom door open while showering, etc.

The staff wasn’t great but the rooms were clean and bathroom was nice and modern. The refrigerator in the room had a buzzing sound that bothered us all night.
